Suite tres confortable, bel hotel

La stanza che mi viene assegnata è molto carina ed accogliente, pulita e ben curata nei dettagli. Tuttavia… - Vinsi accede attraverso una scala a chiocciola ripidissima, fatta da scalini strettissimi, difficili da salire e (soprattutto) da scendere anche senza valige, figuriamoci con i bagagli… - La temperatura nella camera non è regolabile, il climatizzatore non fa da pompa di calore e i due piccoli termosifoni non pareggiano il freddo che arriva dalle grandi superfici vetrate. Di conseguenza, la camera è freddissima. Di contro, il bagno è l’unico luogo della stanza dove il termosifone è regolabile e dove puoi avere del caldo. Per il resto, colazione buona e abbondante, personale alla reception gentilissimo e carino.

The facility and staff were amazing

The Hotel does not have a Bar or Lounge as described on Hotels.com Website. This was one of the requirements we had when booking a Hotel in Strasbourg. There is only limited on site parking available at $30 per night, we parked in a public Parking GHouse close by. No complimentary water was supplied, no bathrobes, no washcloths, only one large and one small towel per person, the shower door was leaking at the bottom. The staff was very friendly, located in a quiet location but very close to the Christmas Market.

We had booked 2 superior rooms, on check-in one of the rooms was less than 15 feet from the main entrance and lobby, it had only one window so high that it could not be opened, and A/C was off for the season even though outside temps were warm.

The hotel staff was warm and very helpful. The room was well maintained and we were very pleased.

The room was clean and the beds super comfortable.

Das Zimmer war super. Es hätte nur im Bad ein Haken am Waschbecken für das "kleine" Handtuch sein können Super Dusche 😊
