La comida es excelente mucha variedad, los restaurantes super buenos, el personal de muchos lugares eran demasiado odioso te hablan mal hasta por preguntarle por una mesa, al parecer no le gustan los grupos son muy odiosos. La instalaciones el algunos lugares está un poco deteriorada.

I would definitely never pick another hard rock property ever again. Bathoom in the room room had mold along with the bathtub . The life timshare event was also a sales pressure event. Spent 2 hours doing that , so I wouldn’t recommend anyone doing that . They sales pitched us 3 times . Once for the sales meeting at breakfast then after the meeting and receiving the perks of the meeting for another sales pitch and then when you checkout you get another sales pitch. Also every restaurant for dinner time had a minimum wait of 2 hours . Last but not least food is not good.

For some reason, male staff was very attentive, female staff, not so much, which was weird for the exception of inside the lobby area. Jacuzzi in the room was stained. Facility wasn’t as large as I thought it would be as far as outdoor.

The hotel is nice but needs more amenities especially for kids and more restaurants. Drinks were good but too much sugar. Other than that, it was a decent hotel.

Buena opción para venir en plan con amigos. Si tu plan es familiar, a lo mejor es demasiada fiesta.

Great stay

More food options for breakfast and lunch would be nice. Limited to just a small cafe and room service for breakfast, and a outside pizza & hamburger bar for lunch.

Experience here was awesome all the personal was very nice and helpful. Food was good. Pizza at the pool was the best. Everything was amazing.

Service & staff very attentive!

I stayed there in diamond room it was amazing. Service is l very good .they care a lot and anything you ask for they will provided for you. restaurants are good but the buffet needs improvement in case of quality and variety. You will see almost the same quality and stuff for morning, lunch and dinner and nothing is tempting different tho of show every night . Overally I enjoyed my stay and it’s highly recommended .

Dry nice location and nice weather and friendly staff

I absolutely loved this property the food was also amazing regardless of which restaurant you picked… The rooms are a little outdated in my opinion but still nice. Pool aware was a blast that’s were we spent majority of the time.

Absolutely amazing. I have been a member of Hard Rock properties for more than 10 years but have always gone to the property on Punta Cana but this hotel in Cancun is amazing in every aspect. Totally recommended
