The room was absolutely amazing !! The front office staff were so friendly and welcoming !! I would gratefully love to book there again! The wonderful handwritten greeting I received when I entered my room, with the little treats just topped off knowing I’d booked the best place to stay !!

Management cares about their guests and their thoughts about their stay. Follow-up contact was appreciated. Booked a one bedroom harbour view room. Location is great, view was good over top the train station, reception staff were eager to help, amenities such as shampoo, dishwasher supplies, laundry soap was excellent. The treats in the lobby a thoughtful touch. The Apartment however seems to be suited for short stays. We found the lighting harsh for watching TV, furniture minimalist (floor lamp or table and lamp would be good), table and chairs small and uncomfortable. Housekeeping has hits and misses. Bathroom and kitchen were clean on arrival. Overall the 14 day stay was not bad or terrible just could have been better. The staff are welcoming. Parking is $25/day to self park. Lovely staff, clean and quiet, amazing location

Our stay was in memory of a previous visit to the Terminus. The staff were wonderful, particularly Romi. On book in we had a small studio but there was no parking available which was a major problem due to the medical issues of both my wife and self. I became emotional and Romi managed to organise a parking spot and upgraded our accommodation to make us more comfortable. The apartment was beautiful and we had a wonderful stay that we will remember always. The is a very well run establishment that we recommend to everyone.

The pic shown is of a light airy apartment with a view. Ours was well appointed, quiet and very comfortable however outlook was a shaft (say repurposed lift shaft) up several floors to sky. Bit gloomy. It was value for money.

Staff were friendly and welcoming. Room was clean and exactly as described.

This suite had an unusual layout that may not suit some people. Both the kitchen and bathroom were down a long hallway from the lounge and bedroom. Having said that, the kitchen was well equipped. The TV was huge. There was a balcony overlooking the water, but you couldnt see the view unless you were standing up, as a high solid concrete railing surrounded it.

Everything was very nice. Comfortable bedding, sofa and nice size bathroom. Staff very friendly and helpful. Little candy treats and snacks 😉

Very conveniently located for the Newcastle beach area, shops and restaurants. Tram outside Watched the cargo ships and tug boats sailing in and out of the harbour from our balcony. Very peaceful area. Views to the beaches and bridge across the bay. Comfortable beds and living area. Loved the chairs and table on the balcony. Nice touch to be able to order food from local eateries . Well equipped kitchen area and washing machine /tumble dryer convenient. Second time staying here and would definitely stay again if in Newcastle.
