Good

Breakfast was less than impressive. Eggs and potatoes had peppers in them. Plain eggs and plain potatoes would cover a bigger customer base. How many kids like peppers in their eggs really?

Very clean and a great deal with breakfast included, will definitely stay here again

Expedia doesn’t tell you the pool is closed! The whole reason I booked this property was for the pool. Then I couldn’t get a refund because the hotel wouldn’t approve it. I will not be staying here again. My daughter was looking forward to swimming. Not worth the money without the pool.

There was no pool and my kids were upset they should tell everyone about the no pool before us getting there or booking a room

Convenient location close to I95 North of Bangor. My room was clean, spacious and quiet.

It was a nice clean room staff was very professional

Pool was out of service which is the MAIN reason why we booked this hotel. Would have been nice to know ahead of time. Our kids were extremely disappointed. Key cards to the rooms were not working for rooms so we had to be ask/be escorted to our rooms to have them unlocked anytime we left. Slightly inconvenient when….Staff was very kind about it though. Obviously the keycards not working so not their fault. Staff was great. Place was clean. But seems like the place is heading to rundown. I probably won’t stay again because of these inconveniences

The room was very good sized and plenty of room. If a cot was needed it would still be plenty of room

The whole hotel is brand new so everything looks really nice. It was very bright, clean and comfortable. I would definitely recommend staying here.

When traveling to bangor with our 5 yr old granddaughter we usually stay ere becaue the pool is perfect for her. We did not know whe booking that the pool was down. They offered us the option of going to the hotel across the way to use the pool. My husband took her over swimming. When they came back her cheeks were really red and she had a shower. After a couple hrs she was itchy and was all broke out with a rash. I went out to get her something for some relief. It was a very long night. I dont know what they use in the pool or what was in the water to cause such a reaction but we have never had this happen before. I have learned from this and will make sure the pool is up and running before we stay again as this made for a very unpleasant couple of days away!

Very friendly and clean

Went for a night with the kids to go in Hot tub and heated pool and the Hot tub was closed down and the pool was COLD

Huge room, comfortable bed, good shower. It was perfect. I’d stay here every time.

This is our second visit. We had to stay in Bangor for medical appointments. They cold not have been kinder or more thoughtful. The breakfast is amazing.
