Pillowcases were wrinkled. One of the towels has foul smell. The room coffee/tea maker wasn't working. I informed the Front Desk. The lady working that evening was friendly and helpful 👍. Not impressed with their breakfast as the food was cold and the dinning tables were dirty. The Hotel is Pet Friendly, which the only BIG PLUS!

Nice and clean

My complain was that when I went to shower it was dirty with pubic hair in the bathtub. Like no one cleaned the tube. Other than that the room was clean.

Quick one night stay. Nice to rest and keep on traveling. Kids had fun in the swim pool. Restaurant inside the hotel was a plus.

Very nice place

We have always thought of Hilton Garden Inns as more of an upper middle chain, but this experience was really not very good. Check-in was slow, although mainly due to an overly chatty guest. The main problem was the room. It was small and dark. The air conditioner was one of those window units and was extremely loud. You had a choice of running it at a continuous rumble or setting it to "auto" and having it kick on and off throughout the night. The doors all shut very loudly, so between the a/c and the doors, it was not restful, to say the least. The worst thing though was what appeared to be a rather awful mildew build-up in the corners of the walk-in shower. The bed was comfortable but the pillows were soft and mushy. The room just was not up to Hilton standards. The people were nice and the restaurant was decent. Breakfast was good, but an extra charge. Would not stay here again.

Beds are very comfortable and room is nice bit no safety deposit box. I really like the seats outside and dinner was really good

Beautiful room. Clean and quiet. The only ask would be to please put coffee with caffeine in the room. Decaffeinated coffee was my only option.

It was decent but extremely overpriced.
