Excellent location, and all the amenities, full recomended

Staff could be more friendly. This is my 3rd time staying at this hotel. Great location

The staff were lovely. The rooms and the AC was great. The pool needed a little clean but the kids loved it all the same. I definitely would stay here again when I come back

La struttura non è male, anche se non raggiuge gli standard di un hotel di pari categoria gestito da una grande catena. Il personale si prodiga nel risolvere i contrattempi che possono capitare quando l'organizzazione non si posa su basi consolidate. Ma è inaccettabile che nella sala ricevimenti dell'hotel si svolgano feste, con musica a tutto volume fino a notte fonda, disturbando il sonno degli ospiti.

I liked the easy accessibility to St Padre Pio by simply crossing the street. The room was also very nice with a lovely pool to cool off. Excellent breakfast buffet. The parking however in the garage was insufficient & the elevators were a bit slow. Overall a great experience!

The hotel was ok, not sure it is up to the 4 stars rating. The staff was nice but the room needed a proper renovation. The bathroom was old, same as the room itself and the bed very uncomfortable. Positive point is that it is located very close to the Padre Pio sanctuary

Hotellet under ombyggnad. Poolen spelade väldigt hög musik. Mycket folk som gick omkring ifrån ett pågående bröllop. Ingen info om spa vid ankomst. Slitet hotell. Bra frukost.

The property was either still under construction or have a major facelift. Looked like a building site when we arrived. Quite a shock! Booked a suite but not worth it, everything looked very cheap and unfinished. Fixtures and fittings very badly finished off. We were supposed to have a terrace but no terrace furniture as in photo. Staff delightful but property not at all as description! A disappointment

O hotel fica bem próximo ao santuário do padre pio, porém está reformando. Senti também um pouco de dificuldade na comunicação, nem todos os atendentes falavam inglês . Meio confusa a entrada de carro na garagem, falta sinalização. O hotel é bom para grupos grandes, bem confortável e novo, o que realmente é um problema é que as paredes são finas demais e se ouve tudo do quarto ao lado.

Hotel em reforma, quarto renovado. Muitas excursões para visitar o Santuário Padre Pio. Staff muito simpático. Chegamos tarde(após 22:00h), e mesmo assim nos atenderam no restaurante. Café da manhã muito fraco. Suco industrializado, difícil identificar o sabor. Estacionamento próprio e próximo ao santuário, o que facilita a visita.

There was no air conditioning at this property. The building was under construction, so there was a lot of noise. The bathroom sink looks like broken particleboard. And the bed was as hard as a stone. It was overwhelmingly, hot, and uncomfortable. I would not recommend to anyone and I will never stay here again.

A equipe é maravilhosa, atenciosos, prestativos, nota 10, mas o hotel está passando por reformas, o que prejudica a privacidade e o silencio. Qusndo estiver reformado será excelente.

Instalaciones en reparacion exterior total. De saber ese dato cuando lo reserve, no me hospedo.

Staff were really helpful especially Pio from the breakfast area. The property was under renovation during the time that we were there so there’s some hint of construction dust when we checked in our room. Housekeeping was helpful in making it go away. The rooms were really nice and comfortable. It’s very modern and the washroom was squeaky clean. 10 min walk from Padre Pio Shrine. Access to it is right across the hotel. Highly recommended
