I enjoyed my stay as I usually do at the Hampton Inn. There was an issue where the electricity had to be turned off for about an hour but we just went out to eat and by the time we came back it was back on. The staff did well with communicating what would be happening and when it was back on. I appreciated the staff checking in periodically to see if everything is going well. The bed was comfortable. The pool was nice and clean. The breakfast was good and provided variety.

Hotel is just about finished being renovated so I think we were the first ones to use the newly renovated room. Awesome-so clean. Staff was very nice. It’s near a highway so you can hear a some noise but it’s not bad.

The King suite had bed bugs. Pls check the sheets. Stayed one night only, arm covered in bites.

Great location! Clean hotel, friendly staff. I lived that it was so close to an outlet shopping center. It gave me something to do when I had down time.

Maids talking loud in hallway in some sort of foreign gibberish and slamming carts and doors. Maybe they should start after checkout time… will not stay there again.
