Excellent service

A única coisa boa deste hotel é a localização, pois fica perto da praça das armas e o local é bem bonito. A pressão da água tanto no chuveiro, quanto na pia, é horrivel. Até para homem lavar o cabelo no chuveiro foi um sofrimento. Mesmo pedindo para dois staffs verificarem o problema não foi resolvido. O cheiro do banheiro também não era agradável, pois voltava um cheiro de esgoto. As toalhas de banho e rosto eram velhas e estavam encardidas (amareladas). O edredon apresentava manchas. A limpeza geral do quarto também deixou a desejar, pois havia bastante pó embaixo da cama e nas quinas. Encontramos um cabelo no lençol que não era nosso. O hotel tombém não se preocupa em ajudar os hóspedes, pois ficamos 4 e somente no último tomamos café da manhã, pois nos outros 3 saímos de madrugada (3h30m) para os passeios. Pedimos que separassem apenas uma maçã e banana para levarmos e disseram que não podiam. Outro aspecto foi o late checkout que não viabilizaram, até aí entendo. Porém, falei com dois staffs diferentes e cada um me deu uma informação: um disse que seria possível até as 13h pagando um adicional de 15 dolares e no dia seguinte, quando fui consultar, a recepção me disse que não era possível. Enfim, recomendo que busquem outras opções melhores na região.

Amazing staff and a very convenient location

I’ve never seen in my life a check out at 10 in the morning. The rooms were TERRIBLE. We just book for a night of sleep from 11pm to next morning.we payed and We DIDNT stay. Walked 2 blocks down and payed for another hotel. The guy from the desk refused to cancel. This is a HOSTEL Not a HOTEL.

I had an excellent stay at this hotel. Room was spacious and bed comfortable. It’s close to everything and stuff were friendly. I’d definitely stay again.

Great option for exploring downtown, as the location is as good as it gets. It’s just next to the plaza without being right in the middle of the hustle and bustle. The rooms are clean, everything you need and nothing you don’t. Solid breakfast with strong coffee. My only complaint as a 6’2 / 187 cm guest is that the beds were a bit short.

I had a very comforting stay at this property. The staff were truly amazing, helpful, kind, compassionate, caring, amicable and always went the extra mile whenever i needed help with something, needed something. My room was what i needed and always came back to it clean. The breakfast provided every morning was very healthy, natural, and appreciated for sure. I would definitely recommend to stay here. Pricing was good on the pockets also. Thank you to Everyone at Hotel Cusco Plaza Nazarenas. My experience with you all was truly amazing and I am truly grateful and thankful for the stay and experience.

Cusco Plaza Nazarenas superou as minhas expectativas. Sempre limpo, café da manhã agradável - sem variações, mas o básico para encarar o dia: café sucos, pães, geleia, ovos, manteiga e cereais. O atendimento é regular, mas eles são bem prestativos e na recepção tem sempre um chá de coca para os hóspedes. A localização é muito boa, bem próxima à Plaza de Armas.

Room was super small, not clean. Nothing to do. Staff not very helpful, only one person at a time. It was so bad that we checked out after the first night even though I paid for three nights. The ONLY highlight if any is its excellent location, only about three minutes walk to main plaza.
