Stayed here for one-night and was pleasantly surprised. Check-in was a breeze and the gentleman who did so was efficient, knowledgeable, and even walked me to my room.

The hotel has excellent location , just a block and a half from the Main Plaza. Unfortunately I encountered some renovation/construction the made it noisy and dusty. Administration stated it will take a couple of weeks. Service was good.

I stayed here for 4 nights at the end of the PeruHop bus tour, and i had such a nice stay! Liz at the front desk was so friendly and helpful, she helped me arrange a taxi at 5:30am to the airport when i had to leave and brought my clothes to the laundry, which was such a relief after a long trip! She was so kind and really made me feel welcome. The hotel itself is older and a little rough around the edges, but the rooms were clean and cozy, the breakfast was delicious, the water in the shower was piping hot, and the 24 hour reception was so helpful for early-morning tours and odd checkin/checkout times. The building is also very interesting, with big stone courtyards and multiple balconies. The surrounding area is also very walkable and safe; as a solo female traveler, I never felt unsafe walking to the hotel at night. The main square is a very short easy walk away, same for the local markets and parks. All in all, a great stay!

Good stay in centre of Cusco . Some issues with the internet in and TV in my room. Sorted eventually ( 24 hours later ☹️. Liz, the receptionist tuned the TV and WiFi

It was amazing just as a recommenfation they do not hace the option to give u breakfast if u had a tour so i never had been able to took breakfast besause i leaved early to my activities

Very quite, lot of couches outside to chill or hangout with friends

Limpeza extremamente precária, o chão do box oleoso, o próprio box tinha catarro de algum outro hospede, quando foi solicitado limpeza dos quartos, somente dobraram as roupas de cama. Cama bem desconfortável e café da manhã um tanto fraco. A localização é boa e embora seja relativamente barata a diária é o tipo de barato que sai caro.

Quarto confortável, limpo. Excelente localização Café da manhã razoável.

There were issues with the TV and the hot water.

Very convenient location, very close to Plaza- You can eat in many places around. Breakfast is simple, but complete. Rooms in the back can be a bit muggy, while the upper floor ones are nicer. However, you must check that the TV and hot water are working.

Excellent all-around property. Good room, professional staff, close to the Plaza. They store bags/suitcases for you and have a coca tea station in the lobby. HIGHLY RECOMMEND!

I am unfortunately disappointed in the service at this hotel. I booked through Hotels.com and got a single room with a double bed. Upon check-in, they said the room we reserved was unavailable but would be the following day, and we could move into it at 10 am. I agreed to this, and we stayed in another room. Morning time came; we were all packed up and ready to move to the next room. It wasn’t ready, but I understood the cleaning staff needed to get the room ready, so my partner and I went for a walk to the Plaza; the receptionist said it would be ready by 12. We got back to the hotel, and they said it would be ready right away. We waited, an hour went by, I asked again and still nothing! We didn’t get the room till 2 pm. We wasted our afternoon waiting around the lobby for our room to be ready. On the last day, I checked out and asked if we could leave our bags with them while we went to Machu Picchu; they said they had a storage room and there were cameras. I returned in the evening, and our bags were moved to the front desk, once I got to our new hotel I saw that my white gold earrings were missing and I know I packed them that morning and placed them in their original box. They also did not give us a bag full of clothing items left behind in the room. I had to go ask for it when I asked for my earrings, after I was told that there was nothing left behind in the room.

God beliggenhed, behagelig seng og god hygiejne. Dejlig varmt vand i bruseren. De tog mange penge for drikkevand, men man kan selv medbringe udefra, og morgenmaden slutter alt for tidligt kl 9. Desuden meget tidligt, at man skal tjekke ud kl 9.30, men de var søde til at opbevare baggage.

A solo 200 metros de Plaza de Armas, unicamente tienen que mejorar el internet en las habitaciones no llega o llega muy poco o se cae, el televisor que es con internet tampoco funciono, deben mejorar enormemente la señal de wi fi .

El servicio de wifi es pésimo tiene 16 megas de velocidad 😡 y los desayunos estan fatales no dicen que tienen huevos sino los pides, es solo una sra para todos los huéspedes. Lo unico favorable es la ubicación que esta a dos cuadras de plaza de armas
