Friendly staff nice large modern room with sea view, definitely stay again

I came for four nights in January with a couple of friends and we loved it here. The staff are all lovely, the apartments are spacious and very clean. We only paid for the breakfast so cant comment on the rest of the food but I was inpressed by the breakfast, there was absolutely loads of choice. It was handy to then be able to prepare our lunch in the apartment and eat out in the evenings. The pool is a good size and i love that theres a little private beach too. Loved it and would 100% come again

5 Star Stay for Me at Ona Alborada in Las Galletas I truly loved my entire stay at Ona Alborada in Las Galletas and for me it was a full five star experience. One important thing to mention right away is to not judge this place by its cover. From the street the outside of the resort honestly looks rough and uninviting and could easily be mistaken for an old gulag style prison or some kind of underground secret bunker. However the moment you step inside the lobby everything changes and the atmosphere immediately feels welcoming relaxed and well cared for. I stayed in a recently renovated room on the third floor that overlooked the water and everything about it was perfect. The room felt fresh modern and comfortable and the view was absolutely stunning. Waking up every day and looking out over the ocean felt like a million dollar experience and never got old. The pool area was one of my favorite parts of the property. The loungers were comfortable and it was the perfect place to relax all day while enjoying the beautiful ocean view. It was peaceful and ideal for unwinding whether you wanted to read swim or simply sit back and enjoy the scenery. The view from the pool area is truly gorgeous and makes it easy to lose track of time. Breakfast at the hotel was very good with a nice variety of fresh options available each morning. There was a little bit of everything and it was more than enough to start the day off right. In the afternoons the bar restaurant was also excellent.

Fin leilighet og bad. Veldig harde senger og beddsofaen var super dårlig. Inge mulighet for overmadrass eller lignende. Kun 2 dyner per rom,så en av oss var nøgd å bruke pledd. Kun vasket 1 gang/uke og håndklær blev ikke skiftet på 10 dager.

Rent och fräsch lägenhet. Otrolig pool och bra bar och restaurang i poolområdet. Rekommenderas varmt.

Place was clean. Staff was really helpful! The lady at the desk is a superstar! I really should have found out her name! The hotel is amazing! Food Amazing!

Accueil sympathique à notre arrivée. L'appartement était spacieux avec un équipement suffisant pour préparer les petits repas du soir. Lieu calme à cette période. Personnel du buffet très accueillant et disponible. Stationnement aléatoire suivant les heures mais en marchant un peu( moins de 10mn) toujours pu trouver une place.

Das Zimmer war frisch renoviert und absolut in Ordnung. Das Personal war stets freundlich und hilfsbereit. Alles in allem ein sehr schöner Aufenthalt.

Kjøkkenet kunne en ønske var bedre utstyrt, med bl.a. vinglass Leiligheten var fin, men vi kunne ønsket flere stikk-kontakter. Savnet knagger e.l. til å henge fra oss tøy på.

La zona de la piscina es preciosa, muy tranquila. Nuestro apartamento estaba renovado, muy práctico. No hay aire acondicionado, a nosotros no nos molestó ( fuimos en noviembre) y no hay servicio de limpieza diario, pero nos informaron durante el check in. Todo el personal fue muy amable. El desayuno muy completo ( aunque falta jamón serrano). Hay zonas que aun le falta un poco de trabajo, sobre todo los caminos de cemento hacia la piscina. Entiendo que no es un arreglo prioritario, pero da mala imagen. Calidad precio nos pareció un sitio muy bueno.

Hay que tener en cuenta que vas a un apartamento y no a un hotel, por lo que te cobramos extras. Lo único malo del apartamento el olor del baño (a cañería), el resto bastante bien.
