Great, quiet location steps from the water!

Beautiful overnight stay! The hotel and staff are amazing. Breakfast buffet was tasty with plenty of options. I wish we could’ve stayed more than one night!

Très bon emplacement, accueil très chaleureux. Propreté à revoir, poussière derrière le lit non aspirée en 2 j. Douche impossible à régler, on passe du brûlant au froid sans prévenir, très désagréable !! Petit déjeuner excellent.

Mary is very nice when I checked in the hotel. She also so nice when I made a request for hot chocolate late night when I came from a whole day tour. I stayed there for 8 nights but the cleaning ladies only changed my bedsheets twice and they did not put toilet papers so I have to ask when I came late night after my whole day tour.

Hotel Is very comfortable and clean. This was the second time staying at Hotel Riva and would highly recommend the hotel.

A queen or king room was ordered. The room received had two small twin beds. No hot water. After 5 minutes of waiting had to take a cold shower. The desk people were friendly and accommodating with check in, directions and transportation.

Chambre 202 l’air climatisé ne fonctionnait pas nos 2 nuits, nous avons eu très chaud, le reste c’était bien ! Bon service du personnel du déjeuner et de l’accueil

Great hotel! Comfortable beds, good location

Mooie kamers, heel goeie ligging, vriendelijk personeel. Mooi zwembad. Jammer : haardroger werkte niet, airco werkte niet goed en frigo koelde niet goed. Heel veel lawaai in de gang vh personeel die reeds om 8u te kamers begonnen te poetsen.

Air conditioning did NOT work. Bed sheets were not changed. There was a cockroach in the bathroom. Noises all night.

Great property with less than a minute walk to a great beach. Staff were very friendly and helpful. We will definitely recommend to friends and family and will likely be back in future!

Air conditioning did not work so room was roasting! No towels in bathroom. Room itself not bad but did not have any sea view.

Lovely wee hotel in an awesome location! Lovely staff throughout - always happy to help! Extremely clean too - which you’d expect from a 4 star hotel but don’t always see!! Only very minor negative mentioning to management would be that although breakfast is lovely with plenty on offer, perhaps a little change on options from day to day would make it even better!!

Beautiful clean hotel with contemporary spacious rooms. Absolutely friendly staff! Beach right in front of it.
