Good clean and quiet comfortable stay.

The property is good, but some of the staffs are very weird

The room and facility was clean and up-to-date. That's the good stuff. In our room, the entry light kept blinking on and off. Annoying but acceptable. But, the toilet didn't work. Once flushed, it would take a good 20 minutes to refill so it could be flushed again. I reported both issues to the front desk. The person there said he would have someone from maintenance look at it. I stated to walk away, stopped and asked if anyone in maintenance was available. No, not until the morning. Went to use the pool around 6 pm. No towels. The next day, a nice maintenance man worked on the toilet. Replaced parts but not much improvement. When I checked out, a every nice lady asked how the stay was. I replied it wasn't very good. She discounted the 2 day stay by 50%. That was appreciated. Without that, I would have rated 2 stars.

The carpeting needed to be replaced in room.

Experience with the staff was great. My room on the other hand was dated and in need of some work. The bed was missing a support in the middle which caused it to crack everytime we sat on it. The front support was bent out. The light fixtures in the bathroom were rusty as well as the rents in the room. The ceiling looked to have water damage. And it looked like spot of blood on the window curtain. They also put basic nestle bottles of water in the rooms but charge $2.50 per bottle if you use them.

Friendly staff and very well kept property

The water temperature of the pool was too low. And kids under 16 were allowed to be there without adult supervision- 10 kids at a time. Basically no-one observes anything..

Staff was excellent. Food was great and the rooms were very clean and comfortable.

Nice hotel, clean; excellent condition; professional desk clerks; great pool and weight room. They somehow found a quiet spot for this place near shopping & highways; we will be back.

Was greeted by friendly and informative front desk staff. Clean and fresh lobby with immaculate rooms. Convenient to the convention center. I used the pool and was pleasantly surprised to find a hot tub. Fitness was small but well appointed. All in all a freat quick stay.

We really enjoyed this hotel! Definitely recommended and we’d definitely stay there again!

We have stayed here multiple times and have always found the staff professional and very friendly. It is very clean and well maintained. Quiet hallways. Easy to set the room temperature.

The room was dark. Seemed dated. Clean. TV didn’t always work.. hotel was average

Hotel was clean staff was amazing but room was lackluster. Beds and pillows weren’t conformal ac was noisy and weak. Water pressure and temp was great. My dog was welcomed which was by far the most important thing for us.

Just what i expected. Reasonable price, clean, bar and food were good. Could use new pillows but was a good stay.

Staff was wonderful!

When I opened the door it smelt like paint. (Check in at 3pm)When I got there I was exhausted from the drive. I sat in the room thinking it would go away. It didnt. I went down stairs to the front desk to inform them and was told that there were no rooms available that was in the same style as i had. She advised me to wait till the morning and let the morning staff person know. I had a meeting in the morning and was unable to stop by before i left. When I got back later that evening I went straight to the room since i was tired. Had to go back down to let them know that the I need more towels since the shower had sprayed all over and I had to clean up. At that time i told the person about the room and he was unable to find a room as well. The next day same thing but this time i realized when i got back there was no room service after being there for almost 3 days. He apologized and gave me more towels for that night. I did stay and had to take some medication so that i could get rid of the headache from the smell. Its a good thing that i was out the room most of the day. I was very surprised with this service knowing that it was a Hilton hotel and I expected it to be better then what it was.
