Walking in the hotel through the crowd of smokers - no offence to the smokers, just dont want to inhale the smoke - most of them stayed to the side but others were right at the sliding door

Our stay in a queen suite was very comfortable.

Loved the stay we had and would recommend. Service was great and rooms were clean.

Hotel is well located. Check in area was dirty as were the elevators. " slush mats" can be cleaned or relplaced on a regular basis during winter months. NO excuse for a crusty dirty mat at the entryway or where I must rest my luggage while checking in. Welcomed with a friendly greeting. Efficient and quick process ...however... it is not professional and I consider it rude to speak to coworker in another language whilst attending to a guest who does not speak or understand that language. Its Canada , our official languages are English and French...especially in customer service ! Room was recently renovated, all good and comfortable. The pool area was awful! The water was murky and the chlorine level was so strong that one guest was holding the door open to try and get some sense of air circulating while.most of us were overwhelmed with the chlorine smell. Burning eyes and throat was nor appreciated. I doubt that anyone tests the water for bacteria or chemical levels. I will.stay elsewhere on my next visit to the area. There are many choices in the same area

The location is perfect if you are visiting Kitchener/Waterloo. It was close to the Mennonite farms, so cheap eggs, woot woo! The Hotel was clean, but the entire third floor is under construction and quite noisy starting early in the morning. The staff were unable to compensate due to third party booking. Do not book through a third party, call the hotel directly to book a room. Also, the room photos presented by Expedia are not accurately representing the room.

We go to St. Jacobs 4 or 5 times a year. We like the market, mall and the town. Staff were great and we like to check out some of the restaurants and the Antiques stores as part of our visits. We shall be back.

The parking lot was terrible. I understand there was snow and such, however why was the parking lot not plowed. It limited the parking for guest and was very slippery to walk to the door.

Everything was great, check-in was easy. Breakfast would be better if it had some non dairy options for the coffee and more fruit or oatmeal type options. The eggs were good, and so was the bacon.

Location was perfect, beds were very comfortable, had a good night sleep

Staff friendly...clean bathrooms

I was told to call the front desk after booking if l need a connected room. Which l did and when l finally got here they said l should stay in a different room and leave my kids in a different room. After l have called them 3day ahead. I did enjoy my stay here.
