Hazel is a wonderful host. She’s so helpful and caring and she makes a fantastic English breakfast. We enjoyed our breakfast conversations and learning about the unique and diverse area that she lives in. If you want an authentic London experience, look no further.

Good location to get to the the london stadium, managed to park right outside very friendly host hazel nothing was to much trouble for her ,service with a smile, fry up in the morning was tasty , bed was comfy and toilet all clean, The b and b is a qwirky place with plenty of chracter. After the football hazel treated me to a celebration beer sorry westham, I would definitely stay again and will look forward to coming back in the future.

Our host was beyond incredible. She made our stay one of our favourite parts about our trip! This is the most genuine English B&B experience you have ever wanted. I cannot recommend anything higher than this. It is cute, quiet, comfortable, and accommodating here with easy access to Forest Gate. You won't forget your stay here, that is for sure.

Hazel went above and beyond. From me arriving late then being welcomed like a family member to needing help late at night, Hazel delivered. A totally unique experience in guest housing environment. Room was so cozy and had everything needed. Top quality! Some may say quirky, I say a proper home from home. I definitely recommend Hazel’s guest house and will hopefully come and stay again soon (hope she will be able to fit me in as she is so much in demand) So much to see and do in the area. So close to the Olympic Stadium which was where we were visiting. Just wish we could have stayed longer. Thank you so much ♥️

Hazel, is a lovely lady. Her house is very comfortable and clean, she has a lovely home. Her breakfasts are fantastic....

I was shown to my room and thought id stepped out of a time machine. I found the clutter, disorganised decor quite horrific. I was tired so i slept on a comfortable bed with mismatched bedding. The bathroom and hallway were overflowing with drying laundry I feel that this property should not be taking guests until the accomodation is sorted out. Ok if you like quirky paraphernalia.
