Great location to stay if you don’t want to be downtown Madrid. 20 minutes to airport, 20 minutes to Palace and downtown Madrid. Great shopping centre 8 minutes away with tons of restaurants.

Restaurant access and availability was convenient. The parking was safe and secure. The front desk staff were great!

Oda temiz, çalışanlar ilgili, otopark yeterli. Fakat otel oldukça eskimiş durumda. Ayrıca kahvaltı yetersiz ve televizyonda yalnızca İspanyolca yayın yapan kanallar var. YouTube/Netflix imkanı mevcut değil.

all was ok - facility is not new, bathroom has a visible worn out, so despite expensive room (158e/night) it was below expectation. Room was big indeed. Breakfast - on the poor side. 0 vegetables, beside grated tomatoes. bread was frozen baked and staff was not coping with morning demand so needed to wait for this. Really breakfast was not worth money. Better buy a sandwich in the vending machine next to elevator.

El hotel está bien, el deterioro normal por los años que ya va acumulando, pero van renovando poco a poco elementos de las habitaciones. El aislamiento de las habitaciones es bastante pobre.

The Hotel is part of Hotels.com VIP program. That got us free parking and a free bottle of wine (plus great rate). This was our first stay in Spain or Europe. They set the bar high with a super clean hotel, Very nice staff. It has a great bar and restaurant.
