We have never had an issue for any other canad inn but this one was less than ideal to stay at. Staff wasnt friendly, breakfast was awful experience, and keys quit working. Love canad inns, but wont stay at this one again.

It was ok, we didn’t get our usual king room that was newly renovated. We got a room with 2 queens but it was still clean and functional. This is a hotel that we always use going to Winnipeg because it has never disappointed.

Clean rooms and comfy beds. Small bathroom and you can hear everything in the hallway but not a big deal.

The room was great! They have refillable shampoo, conditioner and body wash bottles in the room which I don’t like but other than that it was a good room.

Bathrooms were tiny and if I was any bigger in size, I would have issues getting in and out of the bathroom. The vent to the fan in the bathroom was completely dirty and covered in dust. While walking down the hotel hallways it smelled like manure or bad bodily odour. The pool area was very wet everywhere you stepped and not well maintained. Water all the way to the door, once you enter the pool area. Lots of tools to clean the pool area right beside the door to the pool area but did not see any staff actually use it. The bedding was a duvet wrapped in sheets, which I thought was odd. Front desk staff were lovely but do not think I will be staying her again.

I truly appreciate the friendly, helpful staff. The location is great and everything is easy to get to. We enjoyed the meal at the Tavern this time and it was excellent food and very friendly staff!! I will return again 😀

We didn't have breakfast, so cannot give a review. The room was clean. The bathroom was extremely small. The grout around the tub was cracked and molding. We like the convenience of being fairly close to shopping along Regent Avenue.

The staff were wonderful. Helpful and efficient. The room was awful. Old, dingy, small and noisy.

The room had an awful smell, musky dirty carpet smell. My husband got bites on his leg, didn’t check but possibly bed bugs. Air blower just blew behind the curtains. Kept blowing the curtains open, maybe get window blinds. We had breakfast in the dining area, we purchased our breakfast

Everything was great!

Loved this for my kids. The pool area was nice and they always had it stocked with clean towels. Slide was really nice and hot tub was warm . Room was really clean and staff was super friendly and accomadating. Cant wait to stay again.
