Everything was good. Didn’t get around to view much of the hotel itself but overall we had a great stay. :)

We’ve stayed there twice before. We’ll always use this hotel in our drives out west. Clean, friendly staff, quiet at night. Comfortable beds and pillows.

We had a wonderful stay and plan to stay again. Front desk were so sweet and kind Love the pool and the breakfast was awesome. Our waitress was so sweet Thank you

Too busy to try the pool but it looks great. Everyone who helped us did so with a smile and were very helpful. Looking forward to a return visit.

A little over priced for the quality of the hotel. Paid over $200. Not a $200 hotel. Hallways are a little dingy and not very clean. Carpets are worn.

Rooms were standard but looked like they were recently redone. They were very clean beds are comfortable the only side note, there weren’t any charge stations on the side table so bring a charger to charge your phone. Otherwise excellent !

They didn’t honour the reservation (two beds) despite booking a month in advance. Waited half an hour for check in on a Friday night with only one person on the desk. Walked a mile to the room. Heard the music from the casino or the lounge till the wee hours of the morning. Positives: allows pets and the kids liked the slide. The staff is very friendly as well.

I liked how cowboys, the gaming lounge and tavern were right there and the staff were supper helpful

The pool hours were great and my family loved the water slide. I did find the restaurant pricy but the staff were very friendly.

Nice pet friendly room with laminate flooring. Restaurant on site.

The place is old and updated . Hallway going to the guest rooms have a fan that’s on / I guess because there’s a musty smell . Breakfast was expensive for the price they charged their guests- option was limited . No proper communication between their staff - as to late check out as in our case . Rooms - as they claimed as cleaned after 48 hours of checking in - they only empty the garbage , gave us new towels - but beds are not made and floors are not vacuumed . Will never use any of their hotels again and will never recommend it to family and friends .

Awful housekeeping my stay was 3 nights and room was never cleaned I was given garbage bags and always had to ask for fresh towels.

Nice clean newly renovated rooms! Pool and hot tub were clean. Overall it was a great stay and would stay again!

Staff were extremely helpful and thoughtful. Room was missing a outlet by the bed to plug a sleeping app. Had to unplug the lamp. Pillows were lump and no soap dish in the bathroom. The bed was comfortable and the room was clean. I asked for towels and the staff was fast to bring them up. The swimming area was fantastic and clean. My son and friends enjoy joining me . I would definitely return.
