Penilaian & Ulasan Keseluruhan Plaza Paitilla Inn Hotel

O Hotel tem excelente localização, os quartos com vista são ótimos e o destaque é o café da manhã. Porém a limpeza deixa um pouco a desejar nas áreas comuns e a área de piscina é cansada. Daria 3 estrelas mas dei 2 por não cumprirem o benefício VIP de garrafa de vinho gratuita na 2 vezes que estive lá, mesmo tendo questionado tanto ao hotel quanto ao Hotels.com. Também estou decepcionado com o Hotels.com por não resolverem a questão. Te dão o benefício no ato da reserva e não cumprem.

La pesima atención de todos los recepcionistas NO logró opacar la excelente estadía que tuvimos. El desayuno buffet 20/10, uno de los mas completos que he tenido en la vida ✨. Habitaciones cómodas con buena vista y en buen estado a pesar de no ser tan nuevas, servicios muy completos y una gran ubicacion. El host del desayuno parece el gerente, excelente atención al huésped.

The view was breathtaking, the food was amazing and the staff were very hospitable.

Loved the help speaking to me in soft voice and making me feel special!! Everywhere was soo clean and the fresh flowers made me smile!! Room was CLEAN and the Large windows made me stand and watch what was happening outside . Highly Recommend your hotel!!!!!

The view was amazing. The room was so spacious and we got a complimentary bottle of wine and buffet discounts. However, the bathroom sink doesn’t drain very well.

Everything was good. We enjoyed as a family and highly recommend it.

Location close to airport. Prompt shuttle service at 10 pm. Negatives: 5 or 6 smokers loitering in front of main entrance. Terrible breakfast, not worth eating.

Clean, friendly staff

Front desk was very helpful at all times. And so was the kitchen staff. The hotel is very clean and everything was upto date. Parking is great on site. A lot of shopping options closeby as well.

Vista a la faja costera excelente, desayuno super completo, acceso en auto facil y estacionamiento cómodo. La habitación con un gran ventanal y buenas instalaciones. Lo recomiendo.

Ubicación y vista excelente

Magnifique vue sur la baie depuis les chambres très fenêtrées. Personnel très aimable. La piscine et le mini frigo sont un atout. Nous avons apprécié de pouvoir bénéficier du late check out jusqu’à 15h.

My stay was awesome and I will definitely stay here again. I can see why the reviews are what they are. The staff were very friendly and accommodating. The food was excellent, service was excellent. 10 out of 10! Thank you for a wonderful weekend 🙂
