Very convenient location. Plenty of parking space. Spacious, clean, comfortably warm room. Lovely breakfast with pleasant efficient service. Overall excellent!

Great staff, so friendly and welcoming. Plenty of parking and breakfast was hot and enjoyable. Room was clean and comfy, only slight niggle was the shower, looked a bit tired and wasn’t very powerful. Otherwise fantastic hotel.

Great staff and very nice rooms, including modern en suite bathrooms. Dining at the bistro was good and reasinably priced.

Breakfast was disappointing. Breakfast lukewarm Bacon was hard and dried out. Fried eggs were hard and scrambled egg very salty.Beans dried out. Chef obviously cooked everything at 7 am and it was then put in the warmer. Staff kept coming and looking into the trays but hadn’t the gumption to see that they would have needed fresh food. Defo the worst breakfast. I have had. Overall very overpriced

Si la vue de la chambre était tout simplement moche, la chambre en elle-même était excellente, spacieuse, y compris la salle de bains, et bien adaptée pour un voyage entre amis ! Par contre, évitez le restaurant le dimanche soir parce qu'on ne vous prévient pas que la cuisine ferme à 20h, on vous sert des restes facturés chers en plus, et c'est vraiment mon seul regret...

Due to changed flight plans I had to stay an extra night in Dublin and booked a room online from this cute B&B for an overnight stay only. They contacted me proactively the same day to help me with my check-in and (very) late arrival details plus inquire about any breakfast needs (I had none). They were very helpful, very flexible on the phone with my strange arrangement and I was happy to spend a restful night in this establishment. My room was compact and equipped with everything needed. The bed was extremely soft (might not be suitable for someone with a bad back).

The hotel staff were so friendly! We chose this hotel last minute and were very happy with the decision. It was very easy to get to and a short drive to downtown. Our room was at the end of the hall and quiet. Very nice bathroom with plenty of toiletries.
