Checkin was easy and the receptionists were alway friendly and helpful. The room was clean and well equipped, even with all the basic cooking utensils for a small meal. The availability of laundry facilities was also a bonus. The room was a little warm after a hot day, but opening the windows help. Would stay here again

Hôtel bien situé près de la gare Lyon Perrache. Tramway à 2 pas et zone commerciale 10mn à pieds. Bonne literie. Décor pas terrible . Petit déjeuner simple et complet

Personnel très sympathique, bon emplacement, chambre spacieuse et calme.

Hotel con ottima posizione con mezzi di trasporto vicini, nei dintorni negozi e ristoranti e un grande centro commerciale a pochi passi.Ottima colazione servizio ottimo. Personale molto gentile.

Great location, excellent hot and cold breakfast, very friendly and helpful staff, very quiet room. We stayed in May during cool weather and the AC seemed to barely keep the room cool enough.

Convenient location. Near confluence shopping centre and Lyon Perrache train station and about 25 min walk from old Lyon. Handy as the day we were there 1st May no public transport was running.

Staff were great! Nice room with kitchen. Quiet area of town is not very lively but close to transportation.

Everyone at the front desk is friendly and speaks English fluently. The gated parking entrance is located at the back of the building—once we figured it out, coming and going was very easy. Room is on the bigger size comparing with similar hotels.

Shocked but low price vs excellent stay

AC does not work and front desk told me early spring is good for no AC but my question is how can I avoid noisy from main road traffic when this hotel located at during night.

Booked the duplex room - bedroom on a mezzanine level with sofa bed, dining area & kitchen downstairs. Lots of space which was very welcome. Very little outside noise despite room being at the front of the hotel and being on a tram route. Plenty of bars & restaurants within easy walking distance. All staff very friendly & helpful & hotel very clean.
