Déjeuner diversifier frais, personnels agréables, bar agréable. Seul bémol la clim impossible de régler et l'aération des toilettes

La chambre est spacieuse et la salle de bain vitrée au milieu de la chambre est atypique et cool cela apporte un cachet à la chambre. La vue sur la ville est magnifique, mon séjour était agréable, je recommande fortement !

The room was beautiful and the staff was friendly

As an individual who works in the service and support industry it gives me no pleasure in writing this review. I found the staff incredibly rude. Me and a work colleague had to wait over 1.5 hours to be served. With multiple other customers arriving after us being served and leaving way before us.

Apart from the area, which has an industrial feel about it. You will not be diss disappointed, and it's aesthaetics, inside & out.

Always amazing

First, the hotel gave us the room that had been occupied. We entered a room with guests already settling in. Then the next day, someone suddenly broke into our room while we were still in the bed. For these two times, luckily, there was nobody taking shower in the transparent shower tube. But I find the hotel had the poor management so that customers’ privacy is harmed. Second, the hotel is nice but sad that the maintenance is minimal. The sink in the hotel is clogged. Third, the exit parking bar doesn’t lift up by itself. Many cars got trapped so I had to call the receptionist to open the bar. I really hope the feedback will help the hotel to realize what need to improve. It is a pity that such a nice hotel (from outside and inside) hasn’t been taken good care of.

Der Check in war super und die Dame war sehr freundlich. Waren nur für eine Nacht da aber es war sehr ruhig und das Personal sehr freundlich

The room are very appealing and unique. The breakfast brunch was delicious! The bed was a bit to soft for me, but overall, good experience.

The only disappointment is that the rooms do not have the capability of controlling the temperature in their respective rooms, it’s handled by the building.

Jammer dat 1 lift defect was, lang wachten. Douche en de tv in de kamer waren niet in orde. Verder een leuke kamer en de faciliteiten in het Hotel waren goed.

Fijn hotel, op kwartiertje wandelen van metro en trein. Zeer goed ontbijt, mooie skybar op 17 de verdieping!
