La chambre est très basique mais c'est la salle de bain que je ne trouve pas très propre

The bathroom need maintenance, floor need rugs, the rugs by the elevator need adjustment.

No hot water and don’t expect anything special for breakfast. Coffee is terrible .

Everything is dirty. It was a nightmare

For a 4☆ hotel i expect good wifi signal. This is my 3rd visit this year and on each occasion the wifi has been problematic. I had to sit in the bathroom to get a decent signal. Also,there was an alnight party at weekend with a lot of music.This is not acceptable.

The hotel is great clean and very good and quiet location. Their breakfast service was very poor, you’ve to ask for tissues and water otherwise the breakfast was good too. 5 start but for breakfast service 2 Star. I wish I can give 5 starts for everything.

Le Personnel est d'une gentillesse extraordinaire, un grand merci au jeune qui s'occupe du ménage au tour de la piscine et la salle de restaurant. Ce garçon n'est jamais au repos, les clients abusent. Actuellement, il y a des travaux à côté de l'hôtel, mais, se sera agréable en été pour profiter de la piscine. Allez y, mais ne vous faites pas avoir avec les taxis, le prix maximum pour bouger le soir c'est 20 dirhams soit 2 euros, en journée, demandez qu'ils mettent le compteur.. 13 a 15 dirhams. Le premier jour un taxi m'a prit 100 dirhams. Merci à toute l'équipe de cet hôtel, ils sont extraordinaire avec les clients et j'espère qu'ils sont payé et apprécié, on aimerait les mêmes en France.

Surrounding is ok, overall ok....
