Nice staff

Was better than I expected for sure. Room was clean and fine for a work trip. Coffee, fridge and microwave in the room were good additions. Staff very friendly.

Room in good condition. Everything clean. Breakfast lacked protein. Guy screaming down the hall at 3am swearing he’s Jesus Christ was a bit of the downer.

No place at the hotel with grass for a dog. Not pet friendly, no elevator for someone who is getting a knee replacement. Terrible.

Arrived at hotel just after 8 pm to a locked front door. There was a button to push to contact staff. Button was pushed many times. There was also a phone number available to call. Tried that and got a fax machine. Stood outside for 10 minutes until the only staff member on duty came back to the front desk.

Lots of rowdy people. Awaken several times with yelling and slaming doors.

The actual location was a surprise as it is in a strip mall. The room was very clean and well appointed, with new carpet. The shower was excellent. Comfortable bed provided a good sleep.

Front desk staff was very friendly and accommodating. Room was clean, and location of hotel was close to lots of stores

I WAS SURPRISED IT WAS TWO FLIGHTS OF STAIRS TO THE ROOMS. THE TOILET WAS EXTREMLY LOW. THE TILE FLOORS IN THE BATHROOM WERE VERY SLIPPERY. NOT MANY CHANNELS ON THE TV. THERE WAS VERY LIMITED PARKING DUE TO THE PUB NEXT DOOR. I HAD TO WAIT UNTIL SOMEPNE CAME OUT OF THE PUB TO GET A PARKING SPOT

Rooms were very clean. The staff were very friendly and accommodating. The hotel is in a strip mall but has good security. You can’t get in front doors without a room card. The room was cramped but had a very good shower. Good to know ahead of time that there are no elevators and all rooms are on second floor, 2 flights of stairs.
