So pool and hotub were both closed and did not know until check in. The breakfast was horrible pancake machine and cereal were your choices. Multiple visits from the local police due to other unruly guests. At one point the police had to break a door down to apprehend someone.

Enjoyed the dog area, nice bench to sit on.

It was a big let down to not have the pool & hot tub available. That was one of the biggest reasons we booked there. They should let people know when the pool will be unavailable in advance so we can make other arrangements or a discount should be offered.

The staff were great…friendly, always on top of things. The management allowed us to use their conference room as a meeting room for our reunion and it was perfect! Thank you!

Family friendly and clean. Breakfast wasn't great but really what do you need. They had pancakes, toast, muffins, oatmeal pkgs, yogurt and danishes. Coffee all day long.

the issue i had was based on the cleanliness of the pillows, it had a strong oder, maybe from pet saliva (maybe human). they definitely were not changed out after previous customer. pillows were not comfortable, they were like couch pillows or pillows that were folded and put into the pillowcase.

The only thing is the dead bolt wouldnt lock.

Pros—across the street from Walmart and a short drive to the mall, restaurants, etc. Gas station 1/2 block away. Quiet and seemingly safe—no issues over 3 days. Has sugar free syrup and hot chocolate at breakfast. Our shower (maybe all) was super powerful! A/C was nice and cold. Cons: hottub and pool out of order which is why we booked that one. Fridge froze our veggies. Side notes: Breakfast options: toast, muffins/dainishes, pancakes, oranges, apples, yogurt, cereal and porridge. Coffee, Tea, Juice.

Terrible breakfast and staffing was not motivated to help.

Afternoon staff didn’t care about her job. She actually utter under her breath she hated her job. She also told us if we had any problems to wait until after 11 pm to report them because she would be gone. She also gave me the wrong room ( single bed instead of 2 beds) she told me it was because the staff didn’t clean enough rooms.. will not stay there again!!!

Decent

At check-in, the first thing the clerk said to me was "whatever it is that you want, the answer is no." She thought it was very funny, then called me honey for the remainder of our conversation. After we checked in, we ended up canceling our reservation after one minute in our room which wreaked of mold and mildew. The person at the desk was good about the cancellation.
