We walked in an apartment with dust and dirt on the floor, mould behind toilet door, mould on kitchen glass tray. They said this apartment was closed for some time. Housekeeping staff should be trained to check on details. Would not recommend for families who are particular about cleanliness. The management needs to take feedback seriously without giving excuses for lapses.

Location was great and convenient. Uber and Pick-Me taxi service always had an issue with the location and would off-shoot, so you have to be vigilant and watch out for the cab. There is a 24 hour front desk service, so Expedia needs to update their information to indicate there is a 24 hour front desk

Very clean, well maintained apartment block. I got a three roomed apartment and they locked up two rooms as I booked only a room. I was free to use the rest of the facilities of the apartment, which include a spacious well furnished lounge/dining room, well equiped large separate kitchen and a balcony. The room had a large exceptionally clean ensuite. They provide large bath towels and all other toiletries. The lounge and bedrooms are air-conditioned and also has fans. They also provide fast wifi, TV and phone. You pay extra for a buffet breakfast and the building also has a large swimming pool on the topmost floor with a good view of the sea and the busy Colombo harbour. The staff are friendly and helpful. This facility is value for money and I ended up staying three nights there. I will be booking the same hotel in future visits to Colombo. The apartments are quite suitable for a family or group bookings. I will recommend this hotel to my friends.

Simpele accommodatie met zeer grote kamers. Zwembad boven op het dak is wel leuk. Verder eenvoudig en redelijk goed. Colombo is niet echt de stad waar je moet zijn.

It was more than our expectations.

I have stayed here few times. Every time i have to face some sort of problems during my stay. At last ive decided not to stay as the staffs are unable to solve any problems faced to the gues. The staffs are unethical and try to give false information when they have problems with the rooms. Poorly maintained and always ends up with some sort of problems. In most cases hotel managers relocate rooms when there is a maintenance problem. However, expedia helped me and compensated the difficulties ive faced during my stay.

This nice hotel is situated on Galle road and it is very continent location for all amenities. Staff members are very polite & rooms were clean and tidy. All the equipment provided was in good working order.

Hotel need to update their ironing board, bed room is very bright, corridors light is coming to direct to bedroom and cannot sleep. Need to change the curtains,
