Gustav's restaurant which is onsite the food and service amazing! The staff at the hotel are very kind and helpful. Beautiful place

Great stay

Properry was over all pretty well kept. Suite was nice and spacious. Close to everything, food, shopping and fun. The text option to get assiatance from front desk was great and quick as well. Friendly and helpful staff. Wpuld stay here agin.

The cleaning could be improved. The bathroom smelled humid. The cost of the room is too much considering the condition of the property. I would rate 3 star.

Property was very good. Quiet, clean and great staff. Good deal in the Collingwood area.

Restaurant was fabulous! A couple of things they could add like other hotels. Free coffee bar in lobby! Small store with essentials such as pop, chips, and other toiletries such as shampoo etc. The toiletries in the room are not adequate. Thanks

No view, no elevator, bugs in the room

The staff were very polite and helpful. But I don't know why they ask if it's a special occasion and then in your room you find a type written card saying Happy Anniversary,expected something other than that or why bother asking. We stayed for 3 nights and it was our 54th Anniversary Otherwise a nice stay. Collingwood is a nice town,also Thornbury.

Had a good bed.

Pool was too crowded. Not enough chairs.. noticed people from the townhomes behind the hotel were coming in the back to use the pool. About 15 people using the chairs/ loungers were not staying at the hotel. Little disappointing as the main reason for booking this hotel was to lounge by the pool.

Bel hôtel, bien entretenu, grandes chambres, salle de bain moderne et très propres. Les deux piscines sont bien entretenues ainsi que les abords. Calme. Situé un peu à l’extérieur de Collingwood mais tout est à 5-10 minutes.

Friendly and accommodating staff. Room was very nice, very clean, smelled great and the beds were comfortable. Restaurant and servers were excellent. Would highly recommend!

Very sweet staff and lovely place. We called to ask for some utensils for our room and the front desk was very nice about it and delivered them very promptly.

The worst experience ever, booked the 'Deluxe' room with the balcony, at least picture on Expedia indicated it. Received room with blocked balcony door, non transparent film on the glass to block the viewstinky room, no ventilation and no sorry. Ofered lot of excuses and arguments at the reception. Fraud, avoid the property

Great property that is clean and well maintained. It's close enough to the village and the main areas of Collingwood, both can be reached by car within 10 minutes. Would definitely visit again
