While the room was renovated and clean, the plumbing and a/c unit were so incredibly loud that we got almost no sleep. We even brought a sound machine to use when we travel to help with hotel noise, but when the a/c came on or off or someone in the connecting rooms used the bathroom the noise would wake us up. It was so loud. The beds, also, were extremely firm and also made it hard to sleep. The staff, especially the front desk, were very nice and friendly.

Enjoyed it

This time we were on the 3rd floor..it wasnt nearly as nice. It was a bigger room but it felt like it was missing something. It was supposedly a suite, but had no real separation to make it a suite. It was just a bigger room. A little on the worn down side with tub paint peeling and floor was a bit dirty. There were only 3 towel sets when our reservation clearly stated 4 ppl were staying.

It was a good stay- a perfect, step above middle ground place to stay.

The breakfast wasn't very good. I could hear the passing vehicles when I was in the room. The bed was comfortable and I enjoy that you supplied body wash, shampoo/conditioner.

Nice but lacked a closet for hanging clothing. A hook was provided on the bathroom door and a note that new furniture was on order which included the closet. Staff was friendly and check in was smooth. Breakfast was fresh and good. Coffee not great a little strong. Rooms were clean as well as linen. Was in Brookhaven for a family funeral.

Very nice and comfortable facility.

It was a GREAT stay. It was peaceful, clean, and reasonably priced. Breakfast was hot, yummy and the options were plentiful. The staff was friendly, prompt, and efficient. Despite renovations on the property, we were never hindered by that in any way nor was anything inconvenient or even unsightly. I'm a pretty harsh critic and i cannot find a single thing to complain about. Outstanding hotel.

There were no closets in the room. That is my biggest complaint. The Elevators were dirty. They need to clean in the door and the floor. The staff wasn't that friendly

Price and room was very big and spacious - Did not like there was no place to hang your clothes

This is the first hotel I have stayed at that did not have a closet or area to hang clothes.

Served its purpose, convenient.

Rooms had no closets; Hardware in the elevator was falling apart Person preparing breakfast was unpleasant and grumpy on both days of my stay. I don't expect I'd choose to stay there again.

Refrigerator in room made clicking noise. Had to unplug it so that the noise would stop.

Staff was pleasantly nice

There was no phone in room, nor were there a closet to hang up clothes

One night stop over in route to New Orleans. Just right! The breakfast was very good, and Anette( I believe was her name), was so kind and helpful!!

The maintenance guy was very helpful, the room was clean and spacious. Front desk employees seemed less than thrilled to be at work. Other than that it was a very peaceful stay.

The room was comfortable however it seems it was too n need of a makeover. The tub was stained. The room just seemed worn. They looked like they were in the middle of a makeover so I’m not too concerned. The bed was very comfortable. Breakfast was good. Coffee was hot.
