晚上房間有打不完的蚊子，房間老舊，清潔需在加強，還有跟小孩手掌大的蜘蛛，嚇到趕出房間，不及拍照

這次訂的兩間4人房，但冷氣都不涼，走廊溫度反而比房內溫度涼，因朋友有打客服告知冷氣不涼情形，打了兩次都沒人接，之後才有人處理但也只是告知空調有調低了，最後一次直接跟朋友下去一樓櫃檯找服務人員才有人去房內處理，之後才換房間，另一間其實也不涼但由於考量小朋友晚上睡著會踢被子，所以沒反應冷氣空調的情形，但浴室前的地墊真的有點髒，腳踩過去都覺得很多沙子，感覺不是很優，浴室掛蓮蓬頭的架子也不穩，洗一洗會一直掉，希望可以改善。

爛透了，隔音設備極差，連隔房半夜如廁時電燈開關的聲音都可以聽到。 根本就收不到wifi訊號，打問櫃台竟然回答沒有就沒有，這個部分無法幫你作服務喔。 房間也不提供礦泉水，必須自己去外面的飲水機取水。 冷氣空調無感， 入住三晚每天早餐都是一樣沒有變化。 唯一好處就是地點適中超商和全聯在附近。 下次就算找不到飯店也決不再住。

地點很棒，旁邊就有加油站、全聯福利中心、北辰市場

非常之不干净，床底下令人反感，飯店老旧。

冷氣不穩定 早上沒熱水可洗澡

スタッフのサービスは悪くない。 エレベーターが少ないので、階数の高い部屋になると面倒。 空調の調節が出来なくて寒かった。

I have to say that the hotel is a bit old and shabby, but the room was large and spacious. It was also clean, except for under the bed where there was a thick layer of dust, which was pretty unpleasant. Also, the floor felt a bit "sticky" with bare feet, so I recommend wearing slippers. I was very disappointed with the breakfast which was basically inedible. On a positive note, the staff and the General Manager, David, were very friendly and helpful. I also very much appreciated the free airport pick-up and drop-off service. I would also add the the hotel is very conveniently located. All in all, the room was reasonably-priced and I was satisfied with my stay(except for the breakfast). I would certainly consider staying at the hotel the next time I visit Penghu.
