Great staff, clean room, exceptional view of the piazza!

Great location, excellent food and wonderful staff. My only negative was the room. We had the family room for 4 and it was a bit tight. The way the bathroom is set up is not good. The bidet was set up was right next to the shower, so it made it awkward getting in and out. The shower was uncomfortabley small and the beds were the most uncomfortable beds I have ever slept on. The mattress and pillows were rock hard and it caused pain in my neck and shoulders. For this reason, I would not stay here again.

Amazing experience. Very large room with great amenities. Very polite and helpful staff at the reception and the driver. Best location in town.

Great property in a super easy, convenient location! Walk right out the door into the square filled with cafes & shops! We paid to park in the private garage & Vito took us everyday to retrieve it & back it out of the right space. He was amazing. A good continental breakfast…but if you get there late they don’t seem to replenish once items are gone, so get there earlier than later. Front desk staff were very nice & spoke good English which was helpful of course.

Lovely hotel in the centre square of Monopoli. We stayed two nights. The city was quite busy which made finding a table a little tricky particularly as we are not fish eaters. We ate at the hotel on the second night and we both had an excellent meal. We parked our Audi Q7 at Sa Ma private parking at €25 per night. Quite tight but the team were very helpful and the car felt safe. Definitely a hotel and car park we would return to.

Front desk staff were very helpful. Taking our luggage through the ZTL was great!

Located in the heart of Monopoli, was a great hotel with all you need to enjoy the city centre.

Monopoli is such an amazing town. The hotel is so perfect. Staff were helpful and goes the extra mile. Lina is such an helpful staff. Highly recommended.
