Beds were very bad they had bef bugs

Room is in need of major repair. Carpet way too old and worn out. Mold in shower and bathroom. Lack of proper towels. It was Annoying to have to reconfigure key card every time we left.

The room was fairly clean, but there was a stain on the wall and on the carpet by the bed. The staff is attentive and responds quickly to customer requests. The breakfast is quite good with a nice selection of hot foods, beverages, and fruits. I recommend adding more food items without onion and garlic, and offering more gluten free options.

Two small rooms Bathroom toilet is not clean

Washroom door needs repairing since it was making lot of noise while operations.

Rooms are small, but well maintained and clean. It was a comfortable stay

Pretty bad property. I realise this was a Holiday Inn EXPRESS but still it was quite pathetic. Bath leaked and water leaked through the door and went inside the room. Room was very small and bed barely fit. Ended up leaving the room after couple of hrs of checking in and found room at another hotel.

A pleasant experience all in all. I just felt a slight smell of damp in my room and carpet was old. Also drain in bath could have done with a scrub. The room was quite small as I didn’t have enough room to open my suitcase without tripping over it. Otherwise, had a comfy bed. Clean toilet. Clean towels and accessories. Nice choice of food at breakfast and also ala cart during the day.

Its located in good and safe area, Rooms are not enough big for 2 person.

The Rooms and Bathrooms are very small. No hangers in the bathroom and even no cupboards to keep the clothes. Not worth for what you pay.

Very very small room, even you can not adjust your luggage and there is nothing in room which should be their like hand towel, brush and very poor service they are asking for tip I have never seen like Holiday Inn express like this

Buen hotel

One night trip is okay, but definitely not more than a night as the room is very tiny. Staff are nice and friendly. Location is very accessible to various corporate houses. Food is quite good. Enjoyed breakfast and dinner.

Nice very good hotel I will come back again I will tell my friend and family
