No cutlery at all in room or crockery.Fridge not stocked except for small milk.Very clean.

Easy access and parking convenient. Quiet and close to town. Noisy airconditioner, bathroom had no heating (quite cold in the evening and morning).

Room very basic and in need of refurbishment considering what they charge for a room, wouldn’t hurt to have a biscuit in the room. I had a disturbed night with apartment above mine partying in to the early hours and no after hours number to make a complaint.

The room was clean and quiet. Staff were friendly and helpfull.

The quality of room service food was amazing. The room was very clean and the bed was very comfortable.

We had to wait 20 mins after check-in time. The room was not ready by 2 pm. The room was full of a chemical/bleach smell when we got to the room and it was smelling for the full day. Not a pleasant/welcoming feeling to the room. Few mosquitos were present in the room. No onsite facilities such as breakfast, lunch, dinner, drinks etc. Airconditioner was not working well, and didn't have a good sleep during cold winter. Was not worth what we paid for; will not visit again. Overall very disappointed; was expecting better from ibis. The staff was friendly.

Lovely big, spotlessly clean room. Very comfortable.

Unfortunately restaurant not open although room service was prompt and good food.
