Great location, really good breakfast and staff were very helpful. Ok room but was surprised the room didn’t have a safe, tv or phone given it was a 4 star hotel.

Beautiful hotel. Doing some restoration now but not a burden in any way. Room was spacious and clean. The property is actually spread out over several nearby structures, which adds to the overall appeal. Breakfast was in a modified cave and was a very good buffet. Service overall excellent, especially Mikhail, Katarina, and the breakfast staff.

The staff was wonderful help us arrange a taxi to and from the bus station. Michele was the sweetest and made a wonderful breakfast each morning. The hotel is in a great part of town and close to many cafes and restaurants. Only wish the suite offered a shower and the ac was a little better but we really enjoyed our stay.

The locstion is excellent but you cannot access it by your car at it's a restricted area. The property is a real cave. The bath room is small. The breakfast is very good. 2 nights are more than enough.

Michele and Iris were very nice for helping with the delicious breakfast.

Tudo perfeito , localização, ambiente , só não gostei do banho , pois não tem chuveiro , apenas uma banheira. E também poderia ter mais luzes no banheiro .

Parking off site. Van with driver delivers you and luggage to reception where met with helpful and friendly staff. We arrived 30 minutes before check in and room not ready. Room 5 minute walk from reception. Luggage delivered to room. Since it is a cave somewhat dark but quite spacious with unique shower. The bed is on a raised platform which is somewhat difficult to get on and off. All the service is 5 stat. The breakfast was extraordinary. Great restaurants nearby.

An amazing little and friendly hotel in the heart of Matera. Large room combined with sitting room. The bathroom was very spacious and the bathtub was a cool built in place pool.

Perfection

Beautiful hotel across a number of different levels in a fantastic location with a warm welcome & greeting by Michele when booking in. Breakfast hosted by Michele (& his assistant) was a real highlight to start the day before exploring the unique sites of Matera. We had an issue with shower & bathroom which the owners daughter Andrea took responsibility for & resolved to our complete satisfaction. Five star service, we will definitely book again when we come back to Matera.

Che dire, esperienza più che positiva. Se volete provare l'alloggio in una "casa caverna" questo è il posto ideale. Non è una location economica, ma è molto suggestiva e quindi direi prezzo allineato alla situazione attuale di mercato (intendo Matera a livello di notorietà e moda attuale). Un plauso particolare a Michele che ci ha "coccolati" durante la colazione. Bravo, cortese, professionale e anche preparato. Piccolo appunto, non era presente la TV, forse guasta, ma lo dico visto che era indicata nell'elenco dei servizi. Altro piccolo appunto, la vasca non era dotata di saliscendi e quindi unico modo di lavarsi era farsi il bagno. Ripeto piccole note come consigli di miglioramento

La primera habitación que estuvimos fue muy incómoda Nos cambiaron a una suite expectacular Matera nos encantó El personal que nos atendió fue muy amable destacando a Michel en el restaurante y en la recepción a Andrea y Angelica

Struttura e camere bellissime…effetto WOW garantito. Personale gentilissimo ed attento ad ogni dettaglio…ti coccolano. La colazione con anche prodotti tipici è superlativa. All’arrivo ci hanno anche dato spiegazioni e dei consigli utilissimi per visitare Matera…meglio di un ufficio turistico. Davvero uno dei migliori soggiorni mai fatti in vita mia.
