Muy mal ustedes y ellos. Yo avisé que el check in lo haríamos el día 20 x la aplicación y contestaron hasta el 25 o después! El hotel canceló mi reservación aún y estaba 100% pagada, no fueron más de 24 hrs cuando llegamos y no me reembolsaron ni un solo peso

Great Stay – Spacious Room & Excellent Location! We had a great experience at this hotel. The room was surprisingly spacious and came with a fully equipped kitchen, including a microwave, stove, cooking utensils. It also had a comfortable couch and a clean washroom, making it feel more like a small apartment than a typical hotel room. The location is fantastic — very close to Miami Beach and surrounded by lots of great restaurants, including a delicious Mexican place just around the corner. The staff were also very friendly and helpful. One feature I really appreciated: even after we checked out at noon, they stored our luggage for free until later in the day, which was super convenient since our cruise wasn’t until the evening. Highly recommend this place for anyone looking for comfort, convenience, and great service!

La recámara muy cómoda y amplia, cuenta con todo lo necesario. El barrio muy seguro y comoda para salir y caminar a donde gustes. El personal súper amable y accesible. Recomendado 100%

Cute, quaint and very pleasant. Very comfortable bed and within easy walking distance of stores and many different restaurant options.

The hotel has a good location and the room is cozy it is like an apartment has a kitchen with a microwave, refrigerator, and stove. Just room smell wasn't good.

Ótimo custo benefício em Miami Beach. Hotel com quartos amplos e limpos, toalhas de qualidade e roupa de cama tb (apesar de ter que trocar o lençol da cama por estar cheio de bolinhas ásperas, mas pedi um lençol novo e fui atendida rapidamente). O hotel tem elevador, mas ficou inoperante por 2 dias durante a estadia. Recomendo. Localização é boa tudo a pe a 200/300m do hotel. Não tem café da manhã, mas tem cozinha.

The stay here at lincoln arms was lass than desirable. The hotel had a smell of mold and mildew which was being masked by a string lavender scent. They had this water pitcher upvfrint that looked like it needed lean. As far as the room, we had no tv, no electricity!! On one side of the room and there was no on call maintenance only the poor frontvdesk attendant who didntvhave a clue of how to fix it. The extra blanketvrequested had hair on it. The pillows upon removing the police cases were stained with what looked like urine. I have pictures. The sink and tub kept draining slowly, again no maintenance. . Upon making staff aware of this , i felt heyvwere a little dismissive and refered everything to their manager. We were there for one night, the hotel was full. Not sure what others experiences were but i didnt imagine that i would be going from floor to floor with the attendant helping her check fuse noxes. She was very apologetic and did the best she could. Shame on you lincoln arms. Get it together. I wa s so glad that the rest of our trip was great and a time was had. I justcwanted others to be aware. If you stay her check the beds, nlankets and check the pillows. There has to be sone standard of cleanliness in a hotel not just on the surface .
