Service was excellent, room was clean, bed was comfortable and the rate was great. What more can you ask for!?

The elevator still is not working

Reserved 2 nights Dec 6th but due to medical left Sat am. As result leaving in a rush left my hockey jacket. Tried to call front desk 315 523 7578 and when put to front desk was advise #not in service Really Unable to see if jacket still in room

When we walked in the receptionist very rude. Went to the room dirty sheets hair all over the bathroom. Looked like the roofing nails were coming out of the ceiling. Did not feel safe.

The place is pretty run-down, and there's just a weird smell everywhere. Stains on towels & bedsheets, etc. But you get what you pay for and the staff was friendly and the place quiet so it wasn't all bad.

Terrible stay! Booked a room that sleeps 4 (2 queen beds), upon arrival, was charged extra for being 3 guests. Once given the room key, I was advised that the elevator was broken and that we would have to take the stairs to the 2nd floor. The receptionist was rude, uncaring and made several remarks that were uncalled for. Left the room at 8:30 am and the continental breakfast was already put away including coffee. When asked if we could get coffee we were told by the same receptionist as the day before that we missed the cut off for breakfast and coffee. Again 8:30 am! Will NEVER stay again and dont recommend.

So far very pleased with everything

Stay here many times and will never again , had to cancel this past weekend due to 5ft of snow as im traveling from canada didnt want to risk our safety and hotel would not refund our stay , although i like this hotel you will never have my business again

Hotel was adequate for an overnight stay. Clean and quiet. Beds are comfortable. Shopping and restaurants are close by. Overall had a nice stay!

Snowed a lot. No one plowed parking lot or shoveled walkways.

Everything was great except a little to hot at night even after we turned down the temp. before bed

Very noise, doors banging! No receptionist at the counter, not enough food in the breakfast counter. Over all not recommended. However the price point reflects what you get.

Good value, ok facilities - a bit tired.

This property was ok. The price was right for one night. If you have a bad back and need a hard bed, this place is for you! The bed is rock hard. The place is very dated and kind of looks dingy; the heater was very noisy. However, the room very clean. For one night it was ok, but wouldn't stay there for any longer.

the only thing that was good was the price and that's because I used Expedia. At check in the person working the desk appeared to have no interest it providing customer service or noy being off putting. When we walked into our room the air quality was extremely poor so we tried to open the window thankfully my husband was with me because after the us of muscle he was able to get it open, then we left for dinner and when we returned the room was thankfully much better. The breakfast starts at 6:00am, we arrived for breakfast at 7:00 the eggs were ice cold, there was 1 yogurt and the person taking care of the breakfast was more interested in having her breakfast than restocking so the people could have the breakfast they were promised. The place overall left a very poor impression on us. To top it all off in the morning no one was working the freont desk.
