Penilaian & Ulasan Keseluruhan One Querétaro Aeropuerto Hotel

El hotel es cómodo y tiene lo indispesable para hospedarte, al rededor no hay nada (literalmente) pero me gustó que tiene opción de venta de bebidas y snacks en la recepción.

Últimamente muy caro para la ubicación y la calidad.

The location

Overnight stay to get to 5am flight Low quality beds and linens, one bed didn’t have sheets, had to call to bring some at 11pm. Very small room with less than basics but should’ve notice because of price. Front desk was very kind.

The staff was great however the rooms were small and the hotel was hard to find. There was a very limited amount of food places around

Muy buena ubicación y seguro

Un lugar tranquilo solo algunos problemas con la chapa dela primera habitación pero me cambiaron. para hora y todo bien

I like the fact that hotel is all fenced and they have security 24 /7

El acceso no muy bueno

Tienen una mala gestión de las reservas ya que nos dieron acceso a una habitación que ya estaba ocupada. Limpieza es escaza, la taza de baño tiene sarro, no le dan buen mantenimiento de limpieza. Pocas opciones de desayuno.

Very very basic with no amenities and overpriced

It was what I needed it to be - a quiet place to sleep for a few hours after a travel SNAFU before finishing my journey. Clean, quiet, comfy. Could have used some instruction about needing to put the key card in a slot in order for the electricity/lights in the room to work. Solid experience overall.
