A lovely hotel with transfers from/to the airport. Spacious and clean rooms. Friendly service, good food.

Very helpful staff. I requested a double bed, they thought my room had a double but it was a twin. I said I didnt mind to the porter but reception still called to check. I thought that was very kind. The staff were helpful at every turn and the breakfast was lovely with a great variety.

Booked this hotel for an overnight layover because I needed a treadmill for marathon training and the gym delivered! Very comfortable beds.

Clean Felt safe

The pick up shuttle from the airport was bad,waited an hour and a half,in the evening and only after phoning the hotel they pitched up. Difficult to get through on the phone. Reception was unavailable when phoned from the room. Food was over priced and bland. Massive TV screen dominated the whole dining area and nobody was watching. The room was clean and bed ok, a bit soft though.

Our booking which was done via Expedia did not show on the Radisson’s system. Our bathroom was dusty and muddy from construction dust and our toilet did not flush.

The staff was amazing. They went above and beyond to ensure I had a great stay. They even let me have a later check out because I had a later flight. The food was delicious and the drinks were superb. I recommend and will stay again.

I didn’t like the floors,they were cold especially in the cold weather

Airport shuttle took almost 2 hours

Muito boa, limpa e muito próximo ao aeroporto, porém muito distante de todas as outras atrações da cidade, mas para quem pretende fazer passeios de Safari ou outros com agências que buscam no hotel, vale muito a pena, até pq tem transfer grátis para o aeroporto

Excellent experience

The check in and check out process was quite chaotic and unprofessional. While each person was helpful, there was a lack of communication between them which resulted in being locked out of our rooms several times.

Unfortunately due to availability at my regular hotel, I was forced to stay here. (I now know why this is not my first choice) The reception was not great, the room was ok, the TV remote did not work, the air conditioner did not work, dinner was dismal, and no power, and making payment became an issue to make matters worse, I was then informed that I needed to have decided my meal choice before arrival so that reception could have added my meal to my room account. Due to them not having power they refused to add my "non-pre-chosen meal" to my room account and kicked up a massive fuss as their payment devices were not working due to their lack of power. Without power they cannot accept payment... as if that was my fault.... Unfriendly and unwelcoming and all in all, for a four-star hotel... not great at at all. Not hurrying back anytime soon!

Hotel itself good but a severe lack of management presence given cracked and dirty glasses, left stranded at OR Tambo despite confirming late arrival left stranded at OR Tambo again Saturday picking up my friend had to pay for a taxi both times Steak night Monday no 300 gram steaks despite this being on menu served pastrami on Sunday that was clearly off it stank I got violently ill I come from a hospitality background at various boutique and Rezidor properties and this would and should not be tolerated sadly based on what appears to be non existent management presence hotel does not meet standard. If anything as it stands now The Raddison Brand suffers because I know this isn’t standard Rezidor would accept! Gavin Good

Not at OR Tambo. Gives impression that it is situated near airport. False. Was main reason for booking it. Turned out to be around 30 mins drive from airport. Furnitiongs in room inadequate for a 4-5 star hotel. Seating was a desk chair. Very ordinary. I’ve stayed in better furnished rooms in 3 star hotel. Although staff were excellent, will not recommend
