Very good stay

This is a frist class hotel!

Overall I had a fantastic stay again, room comfort was good, bed very comfortable with nice linen. The room was a little on the warm side - which I have to say I prefer to a cold room but I know some people do not like it. You can of course open the window if you are too warm. The bathroom was a little dated in places but clean. The Bar food also has to get a mention - daily menu had a very good selection and a welcome change from the usual hotel offerings of just fried food. The strawberry creme brulee is a must have. Overall a very good stay.

Staff were very welcoming, the reception area is beautifully decorated. Dinner and breakfast were excellent quality with a great selection. Rooms feel lovely and fresh

Beautiful hotel, good food, good gym, pool and amenities, plenty of free parking and close to town. Only let down was that service was sometimes poor and the rooms were dusty in places I.e. shelves, drawers and under furnishings.

Good food choices. Great staff. Nice place. Don’t go during the summer. Air conditioning is a table fan.

The hotel was beauitful and very clean. Only problem we had was that the room faced the front of the hotel where guests would go out to have a cigarette from the residents bar at all hours of the morning. It woke us several times throughout the night

About from the rooms being very hot it was a good stay

I stayed to attend a wedding in a nearby hotel, was delighted with the ability to get an early check in to get dressed for the wedding which isn't always possible. The room was adequate and had everything I needed. The staff were friendly and accomodating in every way, the breakfast was until 11am which I enjoyed. The only point I would note is the slamming doors from the other hotel rooms, I had a late night and needed the few hours sleep and didn't because of this.

Beautiful hotel, the only issue we had was it was so hot in the bedroom and no air conditioning. Couldn't sleep with the heat.

Fantastic hotel and stay. Staff so friendly and helpful- nothing any bother. Rooms warm comfortable, clean and roomy.

One night stay, not great service on the two occasions of speaking to staff. Breakfast in room ordered via card hung outside door, only to find out even of you ticked the boxes for delivery before 8am they wouldnt deliver until 8am as the chef didnt start until 7am. I had to ring when Breakfast hadn't arrived at the room to find this out. Room was a good size but very dusty and obviously more than one days worth of dust. Would not choose to stay here again.
