We stayed in a basic double. The room was small, but very clean, well layed out to optimize space, with blackout shutters, and facing an inner courtyard so very peaceful and quiet. Check in online for free tea, coffee, water, and soft drinks

The room was very clean and the bed comfortable. We had a basic double and it is very small, but perfect for a few days, very near Atocha train station. If we were to stay longer, we would likely book a larger room. The basic rooms face the inner courtyard. So while they are smaller and no balcony, they are very quiet, perfect after a long day of travel. We didn’t get the breakfast buffet, but the free tea and coffee was a nice plus.

It's great for a one night stay.

The hotel was in the perfect location for us, as we were staying in Madrid for one night and arrived by train. The room was a bit small, which is understandable for the price, but hard to move around with 2 people. The staff were very friendly, and the lobby area is very chic! I wish the bathroom had a proper door for extra privacy.

La ubicación del Hotel , nos fue muy bien . Logramos movernos a bastantes lugares desde transporte hasta caminando. El personal , todos son muy amables . Y te asisten en cualquier situación , la limpieza de la habitación es excepcional

Todo estaba a otro nivel, la atencion super, cuartos amplios y limpios una ubicación muy buena y una terrsza techada que no le pide nada a las vistas

esta bien la hab que me toco, solo fue 1 bebida y no 4 pero estuvo bien, la propiedad muy bien cuidada, me quedaria alli de nuevo
