Parking au top, grand et gratuit, piscine rafraîchissante et entretenue, pas grand monde pour faire des longueurs et eau très propre Points négatifs Chambre pas bien climatisé pour notre part, Moustiques qui sont rentrés vers 6h du matin on a pas bien saisi pourquoi et comment 6 piqûres au total Robinet de la chambre mal serrés et bouges dans tous les sens 1 des 2 ascenseurs faisait un bruit très inquiétant Le petit déjeuner ne nous a pas été proposé et dans l’application c’était marqué 15 euros par personne, on est allée déjeuner juste à côté pour 7 euros à deux… Pas de systèmes de vidéosurveillance, étrange pour un groupe qui détient sa propre filiale de systèmes de sécurité mais mise à part ça, dans l’ensemble ça a été 4 étoiles en Espagne sont souvent des 3 francais Nous ne reviendrons pas dans cet hôtel mais si vous cherchez à bas prix en saison c’est ok vous allez être satisfait dans l’ensemble

We have stayed in this hotel on many occasions over the last few years. Our experience is always ‘top class’. The room we stayed in this time had the bathroom renovated and the outcome was excellent. The staff are extremely helpful and attentive. Parking is plentiful and private to the hotel. We would highly recommend.

Great staff and service. The hotel is very convenient for our travelling needs. It is clean, comfortable and has a great bar and restaurant used by guests and locals alike. Excellent parking too, which is a bonus. Breakfast is very good with a lot of choice including hot dishes. We will return later in the year.

O hotel é todo novo ou reformado, limpo e aconchegante. Instalações excelentes. Estacionamento gratuito. Impecável. Só dei azar de ir num fim de semana cheio de feriado e os quartos ao lado estavam em festa. Mas eu estava tão cansado que dormi mesmo assim. Leve tapa ouvidos pois se ouve tudo pelas paredes.

Hotel y habitacion muy bien. Pero nunca entenderé el eterno problema de los ilunion con la fluctuación en la presión/temperatura del agua de la ducha.

We enjoyed our stay and found the location perfect — spacious parking yet still close to the historic center and main attractions of Mérida, with affordable taxi fares into town. The staff were excellent, especially Cristina at reception, who made check-in smooth and helped arrange transportation. Our room was clean and housekeeping did a great job. The hotel could use a little more updating in some areas, but overall we had a pleasant stay. Breakfast was basic, though the staff were friendly and attentive.

This is an out of town hotel, ok for 1 night. Popular with coach parties. No food available until 8.30pm which was late bearing in mind we had been driving for 10 hours. Breakfast was a buffet and ok but the ‘hot’ food was cold. Staff were helpful and suggested ordering room service which stated at 8pm. When we did get an evening meal it was lovely. We would probably look to stay closer to the town but we got what we paid for

Wonderful staff, excellent room, great food, easy parking. We have stayed twice and booked a third one already. Highly recommend this convenient, safe and welcoming hotel.

Plenty of parking. Only few minutes drive into town. Did find there was a lot of noise from neighbouring rooms but perhaps we just had extra loud people staying around us.

Noisy water pipes. Hollow rooms means a lot of noise Walls not insulated so hear next door and above. Hotel is dated and in need of a full refurbishment especially bedrooms and bathrooms. Disappointing
