Staff were very kind and welcoming. Very happy with quality and comfort of room.

Cleanliness excellent only complaint was noise not very sound proof

The only thing I can think of that could make it better is a shower caddy to hold soap and shampoo. Everything was topnotch.

The property itself is in good shape top to bottom. Had problems sleeping due to noises from foot stampede above and other noises. The breakfast still has a long way to go… totally bland and I have never said that about bacon before.

Stay was ok. Check in was a bit slow because front desk was on a round when we arrived. I called front desk a few times so phone would ring to try to get someone to come check us in. Room and parking were good. Bed was ok but dipped in the middle. My husband fixed the curtain so it would close properly. Breakfast was cold and not good. Staff were friendly. I think we would stay again, but would eat elsewhere.

Wonderful stay

I had put in a request NOT to be put on the floor level, due to personal reasons. However I was put on the first floor which I figured they just must have been low on vacancy so I let it go. Got to my room, it was clean and excellent. So then I left to go out for dinner and whatnot. Returned to my room at near 2am and there were bugs all over the ceiling and walls. I slept in my car that night. Returned to let the front desk know that I wanted to cancel my reservation as I was due to stay there for a few more days but my reservation was non-refundable so I had no choice but to take their offer to switch rooms. So then I was put on the second floor, thankfully there were no further issues with that room. I never got a compensation or an apology for my uncomfortable, sleepless first night.

Will always recommend this property. Great staff makes you feel at Home! Front desk, housekeeping, all had a friendly greeting each time. Wonderful breakfast. Rooms were nice, and always quiet each of the three nights stay.

Nice modern hotel close to all amenities and the highway.

Dirty room, noisy hallway that kept my baby up all night.. limited parking had a hard time finding parking for my truck. Breakfast was mediocre. Eggs were powder, bacon was super greasy and danishes were microwaved. Pancakes 10/10 from the machine. Overall rating 2/10 won’t be coming back.

Best stay we have had in a long time.

All was good except for the lack of a staff member to clean up chunks of vomit in pool. No staff member came to the pool area when asked by another guests. Breakfast was very good for what we required. Room at the fire wall doors was a bit noisy with the door opening and closing during the morning rush.
