Clean resort

Very basic room facilities. Surprised the bar closes before 7pm. Staff all very friendly and helpful.

Very nice and cozy resort,for sure be coming back. Theres only some few things i would like to say.. Theres no free coffee/tea for complimentary.

Sentral beliggenhet i forhold til Yumbo senter. Grei størrelse på leiligheten, men med enkelt minikjøkken. Hyggelig personal. Alt var veldig rent og ryddig. Fint bassengområde.

Excellent housekeeping staff , SOME good reception staff some quite hostile and not so welcoming emailed to extend booking however was ignored. They fill the mini bar however bare in mind nothing in the room is free... Including the coffee expresso pods unlike any other hotel in the world the coffee in the room is £2 each.. Even the washing up liquid and cloth is £4 and the harribos left on the table to look free are in fact also £4 ... you can ask ahead of time for them to clear the mini fridge but be aware of the 4 items they place to trick you into being charged for these items. The hotel rooms lack the price point standards the pictures of the pool are eluding of the dated rooms some are refurbished by mostly dated and having stayed in over 10 hotels this is by fare the tattiest and lowest standards your simply paying a premium for being gay and will probably fall for the aspect side of it unfortunately... like I did ... however that being said you can also get some good deals... The places certainly overcharges for what it is. The staff are friendly enough but the place is kind of a dump. Air conditioners that smell like mould (they probably all need to be thoroughly serviced). But I did like that the rooms all have a fridge and table etc. There was a massive sewage issue during my stay and the bottom floors reeked with faeces and it eminated throughout the entire hotel. Not even a sorry, yet alone an alcoholic beverage for the issue and my risk of inhaling potential pathogens. Given their blasé nature about this leads me to believe this happens often at this hotel. If I was to return to Maspalomas I’d probably stay somewhere else.

What a great stay! From the moment I arrived, the reception team made me feel genuinely welcome – friendly, attentive, and happy to accommodate my requests, which set a positive tone for the entire visit. The room was spotlessly clean, and the housekeeping staff did an excellent job while being wonderfully discreet. Special mention goes to the SkyBar team – their friendliness, helpfulness, and upbeat energy really stood out and added to the relaxed atmosphere throughout the hotel. The fitness room was well-maintained, and the location is perfect. The night reception staff also deserves credit for being consistently pleasant, even during late hours. Staff very friendly. Pool area is nice. Gym needs new equipment, but luckily there is a nearby gym. Room was okay. Kitchen had no electrical outlets, no bowls, and the fridge is packed with a mini bar, so there is almost no room if you want to purchase something for later. The bed was two twin beds pushed together. The shower was great. It is close to the bars and nightlife.

Prima hotel met slaapkamer en woonkamer, douche, balkon, kleine keuken. Vriendelijk personeel, elke dag zchoonmaak en nieuwe handdoeken. Zwembad is goed verzorgd en schoon.

When we checked into our room, the air conditioning was broken and the room was hot and smelly. The hotel was not able to send anyone to fix it, and said they didn’t have any other rooms available to move us to (which doesn’t make sense because we could see availability at the hotel for that same night when we searched online). The conditions were really uncomfortable so we could not stay there. We requested a refund from the hotel but they refused as we had already ‘checked in’. So we ended up booking another hotel nearby and paying out of pocket since Axel wouldn’t refund us for that first night. The hotel was not very helpful or responsive. I’m sure they could’ve easily refunded us or switched to another room but didn’t. Horrible experience and we will never make the mistake of booking there again!

Buche oft im Axel, da ich es liebe in Apartments zu übernachten. Die Gay Atmosphäre ist auch nice. Personal ist immer freundlich zu mir. Die Zimmer brauchen aber unbedingt mal ein refurbish. Die Zimmer sind gefühlt immer noch in den 80/90er hängen geblieben. Dafür sind die Zimmer teilweise echt zu teuer. Die anderen Punkte führen aber aktuell noch dazu, dass ich trotzdem dort buche.
