As soon as I opened the closet I started sneezing. The tv remote was so dusty.

Castelfranco Veneto is beautiful! Our stay was wonderful! The staff was very helpful. The cleaning staff was fast and efficient. The room was comfortable but the bed was too hard and some furniture need repair. The breakfast had a nice variety and cappuccinos were delicious. The hotel is set in a beautiful, historical area where you can find several cafés, restaurants and lovely shops. We would definitely go back to Hotel Alla Torre!!!

Lovely place right by the castle

We had 2 rooms with 4 beds each for a family reunion. The layout worked pretty well. The best breakfast ever according to one of our kids. Right next to the old castle wall and a family pizzeria with the same name where the locals go.

Camera bellissima ! La Signora all’accoglienza è stata gentilissima, cordiale e molto d’aiuto. Il paese è molto molto carino e vicino all’hotel ci sono tanti ristoranti e bar. Ci ritornerò di sicuro.

Sadly, I never had time for breakfast but it sure look up to scratch.

Room was a bit on the small side but was clean. Cleaning staff were very efficient. Room was cleaned within minutes of leaving it. Staff were very friendly.

Clean room and very welcoming staff

Our 5 night stay was great! It is a great little place to stay in when discovering the veneto region - close to Asiago, Bassano, Asolo - we had a spacious room and breakfast was excellent

L'ennesimo hotel che vanta attenzione all'impatto ambientale con il solito cartellino esposto in bagno che puntualmente non viene rispettato: gli asciugamani vengono sostituiti tutti i giorni anche se lasciati regolarmente appesi e non per terra

Beautiful hotel with excellent continental breakfast. My friends staying in an air bnb came each morning for breakfast (10€ per person), and our Italian friend even brought her children. The staff were very accommodating, and the kids loved the choice - it was probably their favourite part of our visit. The staff were also very helpful, as they was a transport strike the day I left, but they helped me find a taxi.

Nice stay right at the old city gates. Stuff was very nice, breakfasts were excellent. Ten min walk from train station, great restaurants all around.

Front desk staff person, on arrival, quite unfriendly. Room didn’t seem clean, no iron or ironing board in room; had to go down to a small room in the basement. Breakfast very good and when requesting something always heard and responded to!

Ottimo albergo, al centro storico con accesso facile per vedere Castelfranco. Il 4 anziché 5 viene dalla collazione, buona ma fatta principalmente di prodotti confezionati.
