Room was clean, bed was ok ,but horriblie pillows. Those big oversize 1's killed my neck.They need at least 2 thinner ol the kind.

Threatened to call the cops on me for having 4 people in my room with 2 queen beds. Room was decent but the bathroom wasnt very clean. Definitely not staying again

The front desk staff were very professional and confident in their job. Their breakfast could have been better, there wasn't much selection. The room was quiet but the beds were not very comfortable and pillows were terrible.

I stayed here to recover from a day surgery for a few day’s. The staff was extremely accommodating. No matter what we asked for they were available. I would absolutely stay here again.

Toilet was broken unfortunately, but overall the place was nice. The staff was apologetic for the broken facility

Strong air freshener odor, building was pretty run down. I was comparing it to my stay at the Tonquin in Jasper which is a similar price point, but cleaner and quieter. Not much they can do about the noise as they are proximal to two major roadways. The room was well cleaned, but had that not renovated in 30 years pocket grime.

Room was nice except there was no heat/heater would not turn on, fridge didnt work so the food we did have had to eat or throw out and the corner of the room had water or something there so it was wet.

We didn’t have breakfast at the g hotel so I didn’t leave any stars for it but all in all we enjoyed our stay at the hotel it was nice and quiet as well.
