Good and quiet. And very convenient place.

The pool and hot tub area was disgusting from bandaides and dirt amd garbage , with black stuff floating in hot tub . No glass pot for the coffee maker in room, no ice bucket. Coffee in lobby was cold .

Room had what looked like chocolate milk dried to the base of the bedside table. Cup marks on tv stand of dried up something. Splattered stuff on bathroom mirror. Black stain on pillowcase. Finishes are run down on everything. Breakfast was unattended and messy, no tongs to pick up breakfast items out of bins. I will not be choosing this hotel to stay at again.

Only 1 towel, no soap or shampoo in room. Room clean, good breakfast, staff pleasant.

The lobby is great. Very welcoming. Elevators quick. Bed was comfortable and air conditioning was good. Our room was disappointing for our Wingate standards. No drain plug for the tub, phone didn't work (later replaced), curtains were torn, screen was ripped, windows were weathered with a film. The TV was also to small for the room.We made arrangements to stay 3 nights and our room keys didn't let us in the room after the first night. Had to get recarded. Smelled like smoke in the hallway. I even asked to have non-smoking cleaning staff do our rooms and was told all cleaning staff were non-smokers. I can appreciate that. Our experience was not the positive experience that we have had at other Wingate hotels. Staff was good.

Horrible experience with dirty rooms and rude front desk staff, mold everywhere in the rooms. Have sent two requests to customer service to at least show them pictures but no reply of course.

Pleasantly surprised by the size of the bathroom and the breakfast was great

Air conditioning was loud

TV doesn’t power on but there’s nothing worth watching

Clean. But need to fix bedside lights. Neither worked. Could not change temp in room.. queen size sheets on king size bed.

It was clean and comfortable

Did not even stay here. Got into our room and could smell something terrible. The sofa was torn. Opened the bathroom to the worse smell of sewage - shower looked moldy and glued together. Drain on the floor had black tape over it and the sink drain wasn’t even attached.

Hotel is dated. Exercise room is terrible and should be closed given its current condition. Both Expedia and the hotel billed me for the room. Expedia’s charge is $149.95 and Wyndham has billed me $112.47. Their invoice is lacking detail where the charge is not itemized showing the room charge, taxes and any other fees. I will be very reluctant to use Expedia or book a Wyndham franchise in the future.
