Hôtel idéalement situé, en plein centre ville. Chambre agréable, personnels aux petits soins. On reviendra.

Sejour extra seul petit bémol, la chambre etait minuscule.

Hôtel très bien situé pour tout faire à pied. Le personnel est très accueillant et attentionné. Le petit-déjeuner est constitué de produits maison, j’ai rarement vu un buffet aussi complet et bon !

Well located boutique style hotel, situated on a side street within an easy walk of the town centre and beachfront. Comfortable room and bed , good bathroom. Nice breakfast room, good breakfast including a selection of savoury and sweet pastries. Friendly reception . Would stay again.

Très bon séjour à la villa Koegui, le personnel très accueillant et agréable, le petit déjeuner fait maison un plus sur la carte et je recommande, chambre moderne, le lit confortable. Emplacement parfait. Le seul bémol pas de porte au niveau de la salle de bain pour l'intimité c'est un peut juste. Sinon je recommande

Toujours un plaisir, le personnel est adorable et très pro, la chambre était spacieuse et la salle de bain parfaite. Les toilettes étaient séparés, ce qui est un plus appréciable. Je conseille le petit déjeuner qui est délicieux et copieux.

Votre Hôtel ainsi que les chambres sont correct pour un hôtel 4 étoiles. Nous avons un statut Gold sur Hotel.com et nous pouvions bénéficier d’une bouteille de vin offerte. Le diable se cache dans les détails Nous avions en effet une bouteille de 25 cl dans la chambre du cellier des Dauphins Équivalent villageoise , valeur 1,42 euros. J’ai pensé qu’il s’agissait d’un vinaigre ménager oublié lors du nettoyage de la chambre. C’est littéralement du foutage …… Ma note est donc liée à cette grave faute de Radinage.

Merci à la Villa Koegui pour ce séjour à Biarritz, nous avons passé un très bon moment. L'accueil a été parfait tout au long du séjour. L'équipe est très agréable. L'hôtel est très mignon avec une ambiance familiale très plaisante. Le petit déjeuner était exceptionnel, tout fait maison, c'était impressionnant et délicieux. Nous y reviendrons avec plaisir.

Staff was great. Very helpful and knowledgable. Offered great recommendations. Location’s great too with lots of amazing places nearby. Room, although a bit small, it was comfortable and clean. I had a very memorable stay here. Biarritz is amazing. Can’t wait to come back and stay here again.

Excellent location

This is a very small hotel. We had a lovely room. The staff were all very helpful with supplies that were missing from our room. They helped us with restaurant suggestions and reservations. The hotel is right in town, minutes to everywhere. We did not have the breakfast, as 18 euros for what was offered seemed high compared to other hotels.

A wonderful stay at Villa Koegui! The staff were brilliant and so kind and attentive. The location in Biarritz was ideal; everything was within walking distance and only a short taxi ride from Biarritz airport. The room was spacious, with a comfortable bed and extremely clean. We loved it, our only complaint was not staying longer! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

チェックイン時にスタッフの方がビアリッツのおすすめスポットを教えてくれました。スタッフのみなさんとても親切で私の拙いフランス語でもしっかりコミュニケーションをとってくれました。ホテルはとてもきれいで、街の中心部からも近くて便利でした。素敵な滞在でした。ありがとうございました。

Great location, about a 7 minute walk from the beach and close to all the great restaurants and bars. Lily was lovely and helped with our transportation needs as well.

Great place to stay, staff are very friendly and helpful, rooms nice and clean and also serviced daily. Location is ideal, only a couple of minutes walk from the main part of the town, whilst being very quiet at night for a good nights sleep. Really can’t fault this hotel at all! We hope to stay again in the future.
