外観は少し古いが　内装は素晴らしい　　　　　郊外にあるがタクシーも簡単に呼んでくれて　又地下鉄も近いので以外と便利 値段も手頃で次回も使いたい

Quite Traditional 5 stars hotel, which is good to me , my wife and I enjoyed the stay very much. Staffs were all very helpful when we required some stuffs such as bottle waters,eye masks... Room is comfortable too . TV size is not big , and location is funny ,but it’s ok to us. the only problem was while I checked out , the manager refused me to collect Hyatt points due to I booked by hotel.com,even I showed her one week ago I just collected points at Hyatt SH, she showed me the attitude that she doesn’t care and asked me to complain at Hyatt app if I had trouble on this...

Hotel is always good however Hotels.com

早餐丰富，退房速度快

ベッドがフカフカで最高でした。腰痛持ちですが、全く問題ありませんでした。1つ残念だったのはドライヤーが壊れており、風力が全くない状態でした。
