This hotel sits at a major intersection of streets and largely residential area. The area is mostly quiet, tidy, leisurely. It takes about a brisk 10-minute walk to the metro station in one direction, and a little less to a large beautiful park in the opposite direction. The interior of the hotel is clean, elegant. The room is spacious and very comfortable.

A bit dated and not as good as the photos, so I felt like I'd overpaid. Room service and restaurants closed earlier than advertised which really annoyed me too.

A estadia foi ótima, apesar de ser distante dos pontos turisticos, tem supermercado, cafeteria, farmacia e metro pertinho.

The location was prefect to walk around the city. The bus service took us to city center and the palace. Everyone at the hotel was helpful and attentive and friendly . Having people at the front desk and resturant was extremely helpful due to the fact we do not speak or understand Spanish .

Hotel is in a nice area and very easy to move to any part of the city, lots of food options close by. It could use an update as its last renovation was many years ago. The main problem is the construction site right in front of the hotel; this is a major modification of the metro line so it will take a long time before the noise gets better; it also limits a lot how easy it is to use public transportation. I wouldn't book this property until the work is finished.

Personalet var meget hjælpsom da det viste sig at det tildelte værelse havde en for kort sovesofa til vores to sønner. Vi fik istedet 2 stk 2personers værelser lige ved siden af hinanden. Meget fornem løsning. Derudover var alt rent, fint og morgenmaden meget tilfredsstillende både for sundhedsfreaks og sønner med en sød tand. Trænings"rummet" viste sig atvære fri adgang til et reelt træningscenter. Virkelig ultimativt fedt. Personalet desuden yderst hjælpsomme og løsningsorienteret.

Hitel orecisando de umas atualizações. Banheiro cheirava a esgoto em determinadas hiras, nao descobrimos o motivo. Café da manhã muito bom. Funcionários muito atenciosos.

The location and staff were great! However, we booked this hotel because it listed air conditioning, but it was broken in our room. This made sleeping quite difficult and I woke up multiple times with soaking wet pillows. If the A/C worked this would be 4 or 5 stars, but we could rarely get the rest we needed which did affect our trip a little bit. Also, wifi didn't work for out stay but that wasn't as big a deal as the A/C.
