Hello dear Socrates Team, we had a very nice time with you!!! Everything was fine. Everything was clean. All the staff in the hotel were very friendly☝️ I have only a comment. We had a familyroom for 4 people with two bedrooms. But there was only 1 TV. We come again !!!!🥰 Kind regards

Although we had a technical issue with the TV on arrival, the staff reacted in a speedy and thorough manner to resolve the problem. In general a warm, welcoming & helpful hotel - the restaurant staff in the morning exceptional.

Ho soggiornato al socrates hotel una settimana e devo dire che l'esperienza è stata deludente. La seconda stella la dò solo per la cordialità del personale, solare e gentile (non alle inservienti perché non facevano il loro lavoro e sembravano palesemente scocciate dal lavoro che facevano). Abbiaml fatto il check-in che la stanza era sporca (non aspiravano e tiravano lo straccio, ho dovuto usare io uno degli asciugamani messi a disposizione per spostare lo sporco e nonostante questo, il giorno successivo, vedendo palesemente lo sporco attorno e sull'asciugamano lasciavano comunque la stanza lercia) e abbiamo fatto il check out con la stanza lercia. Fortunatamente le lenzuola e gli asciugamani te li cambiavano ogni giorno. Il bagno era invaso dalle formiche, abbiamo dovuto spostare la tazza degli spazzolini (anche qui, abbiamo dovuto usare una delle tazze da thè per mettere gli spazzolini) sul comò fuori perchè sennò trovavamo invasi pure quelli. Mi dispiace ma la pulizia è la cosa più importante in un hotel, due stelle solo per la gentilezza del personale, soprattutto il guardiano notturno ed Espina (non ricordo il nome, ma la signora che serve alle colazioni).

Alles super, Bad müsste renoviert werden.

Location was perfect for our needs as we were looking for something cute and calm but not too far from the beaches, restaurants and markets. Would definitely stay here again

Sehr freundliches und hilfsbereites Personal, schöne und saubere Unterkunft (wie auf den Fotos), zentrale Lage, grosser Parkplatz (kostenfrei), gutes WIFI, schöne Poolanlage, im einigen Gehminuten am Strand, leckeres und grosszügiges Frühstücksbuffet….wie waren sehr zufrieden. Betten waren für mein Empfinden etwas hart.

The hotel is located in the tourisic place of Malia. In general the site is ok, breakfast average. No permanently staffed front desk. Ok for the money and a brief stop

Ombonat men lite slitet. Trevlig poolområde. Nära till restauranger och gamla stan.

Very nice and clean, air conditioning a bit weak but overall a enjoyable stay

Plus: Sehr nettes und bemühtes Personal, Riesen Pool , große Zimmer ( hatten Familienappartement), Küche Negativ: altes Mobiliar, veraltetere Duschen mit klappfalttüren in denen man sich fast nicht umdrehen kann, hellhörig. Frühstück jeden Tag gleich Insgesamt ok, wenn man es günstig bekommt, .für uns Last Minute gebucht ,im Griechenland zu teuer . Die tollen Bewertungen sind gerechtfertigt, wenn man das Hotel zu sehr günstigen Konditionen buchen kann.
