It was a first time booking through Expedia and all was very efficient. The hotel was good, it has all I needed and more. Clean room, private bathroom, balcony, pool (haven’t used tbh I prefer the sea, but it was very well maintained and area kept clean. The staff was super helpful and reception works 24/7 so they are available in case of any emergencies. I red online that people had problem with ants, I kept some food on the top like bread and cheese but haven’t noticed any ants at all. Location is also great, reasonably close to the sea and super close the bus stops can take you anywhere around the island* (tap your bank card on entry and exist). * often you will need to change in Palma to another bus. Overall very good stay. I added rate good but not excellent due to noise. I’m guessing because it’s a good for budget it attracts many very young people which are focused on partying, and the walls are super thin, so better have earplugs of you have a light sleep.

Veldig fint bosted for korte eller lange opphold. Nær stranden og supermarket . Fine restauranter i området er å finne. Bare ta på seg joggesko så er det mye å se rundt. Personalet er hyggelige, rommet var rent og komfortabelt.

Needed a room for few nights at short notice, reception area and pool area are very clean and pleasant. Staff are super helpful and friendly, but limited English, though I speak Spanish so not a big problem for me, I can't recommend learning some basic Spanish, you'll get a lot more if you try. Only issue is trying to amend booking via Hotels.com app,, Hotel are not quick or responsive via 3rd party messaging, and App no longer supports human interaction, only Virtual agent support, so there's that!! Rooms are basic, a bit tired and a little souless, but no worse than a Travelodge in UK, but they're clean, have aircon and ceiling fan, shower is questionable unless you enjoy a clingy shower curtain, but again clean and functional. All in all a good choice, and meets my needs for now.

Ich rate von diesem Hotel ab. Einer fremden Person wurde unbefugt Zugang zu meinem Zimmer gewährt. Als diese mich nicht hineinließ, wollte das Personal ernsthaft, das ich über den Balkon einsteigen, was natürlich nicht ging. Nachdem die Tür endlich geöffnet wurde, fand ich meine Sachen im Zimmer verteilt und mit Blutspuren der fremden Person vor. Das Hotelpersonal weigerte sich, die Polizei zu rufen („würde nichts bringen“), und drängte mich lediglich in ein anderes Zimmer. Eine Rückerstattung wurde vom Hotel strikt abgelehnt. Hier dank ich dem Expedia-Support. Ein solches Maß an Unprofessionalität und mangelnder Sicherheit ist absolut untragbar.

Det var et fint opphold. Ikke så langt fra stranden, men man må ta på seg joggesko når man ska gå på stranden og ellers i markedet og restauranter på strendene. Det var en fin basseng, men på grunn av temperaturen var det litt kaldt å bade i bassenget. God personalet. Hyggelig gjester omkring. Supermarkedet og restauranter i nærheten ,men serveres ikke mat på selve hotellet, der serveres bare drinker og ellers noe snakks i automaten, men restauranter og butikker er bare 5 minutters gåing . Veldig fint rom og jeg fikk til å slappe av. Perfekt for folk som trenger en god nattesøvn. Toalettet var fint med badekaret. Anbefaler om noen spør etter. Et sted for folk som liker byliv. Wi-Fi og aircondition er inkludert i prisen.

Très pratique la localisation proche de Palma, avec un parking gratuit à côté ,une piscine, mais un peu bruyant avec les gens qui rentrent à toute heure de la nuit.

Sauberes Zimmer , Bad okay - teilweise Abnutzungen an den duschkörper/Waschbecken , wer gerne spontan verreisen will mit low budget und gerne feiert - ist das das richtige Hotel

Room basic but very clean, had TV hair drier towels & balcony (no tea/coffee etc but I only paid for very basic room and was aware of this when booking). Air con/heating system was spot on. Lovely balcony overlooking pool. About a 10-15 min walk from main town centre but as a solo traveller for a few days away the location was perfect. There is an also a bus stop around the corner that goes to town to save walking. Huge supermarket a few mins walk away and small shops closer. Pool area was lovely, bar closed as still out of season but pool / sunbed area open and very clean. Busses nearby to airport, I got uber as arrived very late at night which was around £16 for 10 min journey , it was cheaper earlier but think it’s dynamic pricing on flight arrivals, however I didn’t mind paying as was solo traveller. There is a vending machine in reception with snacks drinks water etc. small downside is any noise from next door was quite loud but it was only an issue in the evening and not whilst trying to sleep . Would 100% stay here again for a short break

The hotel is very handy for the beaches, buses to Palma and the airport. Lots of easy walking distance restaurants. Outside area is clean with a very small pool. Sunbeds are available. The shower is small but adequate, however, they use shower curtains, perhaps invest in shower screens instead. Beds are comfortable but there can be noise from other guests.

I really enjoyed my stay at Hotel Costa Mediterraneo! It’s a perfect choice for adults who want a relaxed and friendly atmosphere. The staff made a big difference, they were welcoming, professional, and always smiling. The room was spotless, and housekeeping did a great job daily. I also appreciated the peaceful environment since it’s adults-only. The hotel is in a great location, very close to the beach and everything you might need. It felt safe, convenient, and easy to explore the area. I would definitely come back again!

Katastrophe kann es absolut nicht weiterempfehlen. Schon beim Betreten unseres Zimmers kam uns ein starker Geruch von Zigaretten entgegen. Als wir einen Mitarbeiter darauf ansprachen und um ein anderes Zimmer gebeten haben, wurden wir einfach abgewiesen – keinerlei Verständnis oder Lösungsversuch. Wasser hat überhaupt nicht richtig funktioniert. Beim Duschen wechselte es ständig zwischen heiß und kalt, was extrem unangenehm war. Die Geräuschkulisse war ebenfalls katastrophal. Die Zimmer sind nicht gedämmt – man hört wirklich alles aus den Nachbarzimmern. Es hat sich teilweise eher wie in einem Laufhaus angefühlt. In einer Nacht waren die Geräusche über Stunden so laut, dass an Schlaf nicht zu denken war. Als wir die Rezeption angerufen haben, wurde das Ganze nicht ernst genommen – der Mitarbeiter hat nur gelacht und meinte, er könne nichts tun und wolle auch nicht bei den Gästen anklopfen. Die Betten sind ebenfalls eine Katastrophe: Statt eines richtigen Doppelbetts standen dort nur zwei einfache Rollbetten. Der einzige Pluspunkt ist die Lage – nah am Meer und an Restaurants. Nimmt lieber bisschen mehr Geld in die Hand und erspart euch diese Kopfschmerzen.
