Terrible couldn’t even get extra towels or new ones

My third stay and it was very good and pleasant. Tidy place with a good free breakfast

Tim was amazing! Made my family and i feel very welcomed. Hotel was very clean and spacious.

I didn’t stay i checked out Saturday the heat wasn’t working the room was so cold. I just went home didn’t want to go through the hassle of packing all my stuff and moving to another room i just packed my stuff and left and went to another hotel.

The staff at our Whitemarsh location was exceptional. Kind, considerate, helpful, caring, and personal. The best ever. The pool is small but very nice. The fitness room was great. Our room was very spacious for 6 people. 2 queens and a pull out sofa. (one little minor note: one of the electronic blinds for the windows didn't work; but it didn't bother us too much and we didn't ask them to fix it or change rooms). Great stay

Staff was rude and insensitive

could not make the trip. Thought my expedia travelers insurance would pay but to many exclusions. Never buy that again.

Had to walk around the curb with the luggage mover as there was a curb in the way. Very inconvenient

24 hour gym, full fridge, real nice play to stay

Staff was wonderful and accomodating. My furry companion was having some seperation anxiety while we were using the pool. Staff let us know he could cone down and hang out by the pool instead. We had a great time and its convinced me to bring my pup with me to more places. The continental breakfast was above and beyond as well. Great food to start the day.

One thing I hate is not keeping up with website AND being nickle and dimed. This hotel is located on its own property, off any main roads, not near an airport----yet they have instituted a parking fee of just over $3.00. Website still said free parking, when I showed that to them, they tried to make excuses----someone else listening in said not to charge it. Not the money----the point.

Wonderful staff. Very friendly and courteous as well. Breakfast wasn't bad at all. I will stay again when I visit Baltimore. As a matter of fact, I will make it my favorite place to stay whenever I visit the city.

Staff was great. Heater not so great. Wall lamp hanging down getting ready to fall off.

I have stayed with Home 2 Suite before and both times my expectations were exceeded. My family and I will for sure stay again.
